Thankfully, I came across someone of practical knowledge and experience. My reserve fund of $225k has yielded nearly $1m after subsequent investments.

Do you know how hard it is to not to have a job in 3 years. Thats a supreme level of laziness. Legendary level of laziness. Last time I checked VA gives you a disability check and you get a G.I. Bill. You could of gotten a degree in 3 years and several higher paying jobs.
His disability is definitely not 100k. That means wifey probably makes over 100k. Why are they behind? They could've paid the bill. Dave did not handle this well. He should not sell. From veterans I've talked to, your percent of disability can have a lot more to do with how you play the system than how much you actually need it. Of course some people need it, but functionally it's no better than other government programs.
@@FTYC2022 “I smell a rat” refers to what i believe is going on based on what ive seen. My brother gets $2300 of “disability” yet is a full time cop….and is always broke lol 😂 i know plenty other veterans with the same scenario. This dude is behind and hasnt worked for 3 years and saw no combat….nope, he is on bs.
@@Silented1234 Again, you don't know this man and you can't put everyone in a box. How do you know he didn't see combat?
PTSD is no joke and neither is the pain Veterans have to indure after the military beats their bodies up for years.
You also don't know his financial situation or family dynamics. Yes, there are people that scam EVERY system in this country, but at least Veterans did or sacrificed something for the country they are receiving benefits from. Judge based off what you KNOW not what you assume.
And while you are talking trash about your brother, at least he had the b-a-l-l-s to serve his country and now he is risking his life to protect civilians in his city. What are you doing besides watching his pockets? Im sure he'll get his finances in order one day. Hopefully you've tried to help him instead of hating on the money he earned and talking ish 🤷🏽♀️.
I’d hate to have jack as one of my tenants
Great Video!! From my perspective, in order to acquire stable housing, it is essential to have a reliable financial plan. Personally I work with a fixed income planner and portfolio manager in the US.
A lot of people downplay a planners role, until burnt by their mistakes. I remember just after my previous job layoff, i had to stay afloat, hence researched for licensed fiduciary advisors. Thankfully, I came across someone of practical knowledge and experience. My reserve fund of $225k has yielded nearly $1m after subsequent investments.
I’ve shuffled through a few financial experts in the past but settled with Ms. LUCY ROSE CARTER.
Her strategy is recession proof, more specifically profit-oriented and most likely you’ll find her basic information on the net. She’s a very well known advisor.
I’ve been well inclined with Ms. Lucy’s platform for a while now. I have turned over more than half a million working with her on a wide array of options and finally sticking to a few that have been recently favorable.
who is this Lucy Rose Carter you speak of? Sounds like a seasoned investor.. Can I get a contact?
Whoa. I'm amazed that one could get behind this long. How stressful
He's a vet with a VA loan. Don't try it if that's not your circumstance
Guarantee he could have paid his mortgage if he and his wife chose to for the last three years, but they didn't have to, so they chose to piss their money away on fun things instead. Now he calls to cry about it!!!
Ya'll make 200k, lived in the house for 5 yrs and skipped paying the last 2 1/2yrs. That is shameful for a vet. You didn't work for 3 years because you were getting a VA check, so you still had an income.
Banks don’t even want property in Baltimore.
Now I can say this because I'm actually from Baltimore, what house in Baltimore city has a mortgage payment of $2,300 a month.......................
I assume there are $1m home in Baltimore no?
I think with a VA loan you don't need a down payment or a low one. Not really sure.
$200,000 and not paying rent! That’s a choice! What are they spending their money on! Definitely not rent!!! 😡😡😡
100% disabled veteran!? He has NO excuse to have not paid that mortgage. That's a lot of money.
No excuse to be behind making 200k. He might have an addiction
Everybody has some form of addiction.
@@amireallythatgrumpy6508most people pay their bills
Squatter in his own house
Yep, Then so be it. Everyone has choices and sometimes face consequences.
No shame either
I would be so embarrassed even saying it out aloud.
why weren't they putting some thing away to make at least make an occasional payment? It is my opinion that they decided to just take advantage of Covid mortgage payment furlough. I have experiences with Vets affected by PTSD, that did not cause them to be irresponsible.
What bank is that? I need my mortgage through them.
$200,000/year and hes behind on his mortgage? He should be ashamed of himself. What a joke. They should take his house and make him feel what its like to REALLY struggle!!
I know when someone is working the system... He's working it well, too.
Very well indeed.
Do you know how hard it is to not to have a job in 3 years. Thats a supreme level of laziness. Legendary level of laziness. Last time I checked VA gives you a disability check and you get a G.I. Bill. You could of gotten a degree in 3 years and several higher paying jobs.
Seem like vets and single moms are Dave’s soft spots.
😂😂😂
His disability is definitely not 100k. That means wifey probably makes over 100k. Why are they behind? They could've paid the bill. Dave did not handle this well.
He should not sell. The unpaid bills will be on his credit report. No landlord wants a tenant like that. If he buys another house, he'll probably have 2.5 to 3 times the interest he has now. He should just pay off his arrears.
All the veterans love the disability game. Dad is getting 3k a month tax free
Yeah I’m sure being 💯 disabled from military service is great 🙄
what a broad statement, and a stupid one at that
I know several people getting disability checks from military...absolutely nothing wrong with them.
100% they love and play disability game.
@@drtij_dzienznot what you think. ingrown toenails, sleep issues or acne can count towards disability. it’s not always being crippled or PTSD
Respect for serving the country. Respect for Dave for giving a way forward and having the debt paid. Something wrong being 3 years behind that is more than a disability excuse.
Thanks ❤
3 YEARS behind not 3 months. That is just mind numbing for me to think about.
I am giving a thump down. Not because of Ramsey but this guy thinks he is owed everything. I served and have never claimed a dime from the VA or the government and I am now 76
So his wife wasn’t working in those 3 years. Doesn’t make sense
He thinks he can stay in ‘his’ home until next summer???😅What fresh start? Isn’t his credit wrecked after not paying his mortgage for three years? Makes no sense.
Exactly what about all the unemployment COVID was giving out.
Real ? How it that even possible in the first place, I thought that the bank should've foreclosed a long time ago on its house and evicted his freeloading, delinquent ass a long time ago!
I thank the caller for his service.
But if he's a 100% Disabled Vet who's married, he's clearing darn near $4K/month in V.A. Disability Compensation which is 100% Tax Free.
He should have $70K in the bank.
"Great American Hero"?... I served too and have long been out. Yes, honorable discharge. No disability for me. How can they assume this is a great man? He didnt pay for 3 years with 100% disability checks coming monthly? They needed to dig in more. Something is missing!!
Something tells me there is a late model luxury vehicle in the driveway.
Mister Ramsey I know this is not the normal place to ask. But would you please hear me out. Would you please talk to the house? And the senate on how to balance a budget.❤
I'm confused or missed something that this guy has a 200 hundred thousand income and didn't pay his mortgage.
Way more questions to be asked here…. But the guy didn’t seem very fourth coming as it was.
What is the problem for this dude. Lived in the house 5years. Made 2 years of payments. Lived for free 3 years. Profits a 100k. Gets disability and works. 200k income. Only in America. And he is not a hero. He is the luckiest bum to ever call in.
Those wondering why real estate prices are not coming down and supply is low, this video shows why. Because of Covid, mortgage payments are now optional.
How do u get 3 years behind. I was 2 months behind and the bank was ready to put out a for sale sign
I don’t care if he has a $200,000 income and he has $100,000 in his bank account I as a landlord would never even rent to this man. So where the flock would he ever be able to go?
This guy took advantage of the Covid deal. 200k?!? No excuses
If you're behind on ANYTHING for 3 years then... my gawd 3 YEARS?
I disagree with Ken and Dave. I think that they should keep the house because in a very sharp time. It'll be paid down to 0 debt and I don't. Think? The. Right questions were asked for instance do they like the house because maybe the $100000 and their income is not gonna buy them the same quality of neighborhood? Or house?
Houses are paid for at closing the promissory note is deposit as a cash receipt and therefore the amount is discharged in full .
How hard will it be to get another mortgage when it will show he was 3 years behind on his current mortgage?
I disagree with Dave.
He bought the house in 2018ish.
Selling for thr emotions of it and buying in 2023 crazy inflation prices with
Agreed
How has the bank not taking the house back 3 years is a long time
Great advice! Move on and be honest about what you can you do a feel good about it.
Hes squatting now, has more rights than when he was paying.
His voice reminds me of an automated voice when you call a company “press one to speak to a representative “
There is something else they are paying for and he’s not saying
I'm favoured, $230K every 4weeks!!! I can now afford anything and also support God's work and the church.
Wow that's huge, how do you make that much monthly?
I'm 37 and have been looking for ways to be successful, please how??
I earn from investing in the digital market with the guidance of Anne Mayfield Jones Brokerage services...
After I got upto 300K trading with Mrs Anne Jones. I bought a new House and I'm now able to send my kids to a better school in the states thanks to mrs Anne. When someone is straight forward with what he or she is doing people will always speak up for them.
Wow wow please is there a way to reach there services, I work 3 jobs and trying to pay off my debts for a while now!! Please help me
3 Years behind! Black privilege!
Not making payments for 3 years?? Then ALL of a sudden able to make 200k combined income? Is your wife disabled too?? Neither one of yall we’re working for 3 years?….
200k household income and is behind 70k in house payments something ain't right here he ain't telling the full story
This guy is working the system. $200,000 annual income - yeah, rigggghhhht. Disabled vet - riggghhht. Lived in a house for five years, haven't paid anything in three years, and has $100k equity - yeah, riggghht. Next fake call please....
Sounds shady to me....
Dave went too easy on him… 200K???
sell the house and get a 0 down again
What did he say when Dave asked him about the nature of his disability? Physically and mentally.... something said in medical terminalogy?
From physical ailments (or illness) to mental ailments (or illness). I’m 100% a disabled veteran.
@user-hp4eq2sw5d oh. I thought there was a medical terminology that explains his disability
@@LadyCaroline123 oh, I see. thank you
Dude is lying, he just didn’t want to pay. You can hear his mind thinking up a lie during the call.
Sounds fishy 🐟 to me.......
