I am a 41 yr old female who has had TN in V1,V2, and V3 since I was 16. So yes usually happens in older population but it can and does happen to younger patients as well. Though I get pain in all three, V1 is my worst area. And it can occur in sleep. Its the worst to wake up to. Thanks for sharing. Great video.
