    Very clear now about brown Sequard syndrome..Thank you so much sir. Please clarify us about the other syndromes also central cord syndrome anterior cord syndrome and all. And also Please do help us in such way in other neurological conditions too like stroke, multiple sclerosis, polyneuropathies, myathenia gravis, neural tube defects, motor neuron diseases, myopathies etc sir

    I had just one doubt: Where is the tract of lissauer exactly found? Like, is it that all pain and temperature fibres form two types of tracts: one the main Ascending spinothalamic tract and the other this local tract?
    I am confused because this tract is not talked about in other pathologies.. like in Syringomyelia, we say that the site of syrinx affects the dermatome of the same level.

    I couldn't understand. You explained Alissa her tract that if we will have injury in th 5 on the left, clinical desecration of pain and t will be 2 segments below in the same side, but in a person you explained that pain and t will be disordered on the same segment(not below)?

    Holy crap🥺 this is the most complicated thing i've ever seen! I really don't have a goid base in neurology, i need to go back to basics in order to understand this shit, can anybody advise me or gimme a link or a source where i can start from zero? 💔
