Guys just to let you know reducing the no of fat cells in your body is not a good idea. They have other uses in the body even the shrunken ones with no fat they still regulate your hormones. Studies have found that liposuction does change your hormones and metabolism Fat cells produce estrogen, which can lead to hormonal imbalance. By removing excess fat cells, liposuction can help to reduce estrogen production. Its diff to losing just the FAT in the cells you are taking out the entire CELL .. before its dead and your lymphatic system clears it (yes your lymphatic system does that and your body makes a new one without the fat storage if you have lost weight) you need the cells for other stuff besides storing fat!

I have just come across your channel and watching some of your amazing weight loss journey. I am 74 and only about a stone or two overweight now but have a loads of flab on my midriff and stomach from losing a couple of stones, did you have to have a tummy tuck having lost so much weight or did the walking help you lose the loose tummy flab ? You look fabulous, congratulations on such an awesome weight loss xx

I'm curious about the dance class, is it more of a social outing/performance thing? Because surely you can easily learn/make up these routines at home, but you wouldn't do them in a club/bar. It's more of a burlesque thing to me than technical dancing. Are you planning on doing performances?

Dancing is a form of expression. For me it’s a way of honouring my body and expressing my sensuality. It’s incredibly technical, I’m just a beginner so you wouldn’t see as much in my dance as you would in an advanced dancer.

    Hey Carla,
Great content as per usual. I have a very random question for you…. Do you eat tofu everyday?? I love it, but there’s still negative comments about it.

Also logically by what she is saying obese people dont have any more fat cells than skinny people (which is true ) .. its not the number of cells .. i dont know what anyone would want to kill a lot of cells all at once that have so many other essential functions other that storing fat.
