These are deployment errors which are specific to your org. You can find more information about them in the deployment status page of your destination org.
Hi Mukesh, can you try running the tool from a cmd and tell me what error you're getting when it's closed. The window won't close if you run it from cmd and you'll see the error. You can create a github issue for the same and I'll check and fix that.
You can just navigate to the particular folder where you have the batch file using cmd and run the batch file by typing it's full name (with extension) and pressing enter

if you have a scratch org connected you can use that as a destination org as well
