Thanks very much. I'd actually say it was the "Prince of Cartoon Channels". Cartoon Network was still very much the King, but his son is just waiting in the wings, ready for the chance to step up 😂
Oh, I see. Sorry :P Anyway, that Time Life Christian music ad... I don't often talk about this with other people, but I was raised conservative Christian, and I remember hearing a lot of these songs/artists on my parents' radio when I was young. (Yay, personal life!) So, yeah...
I have a similar feeling. My grandmother tried to raise me Catholic. It didn't last long... That being said, the Carman song "Revive Us O Lord" is actually more catchy than it has any right to be :D
***** Nope. My dad was happy to leave the church. Neither was my grandfather. Atheist married to a Catholic. A perfect example of how religion can work in relationships.
Boomerang was the King of cartoon channels back in the day. Thanks for another wee time capsule. Brought the memories back 🔙

Pure nostalgia trip. Thanks for this!
Ahh Boomerang USED to be really good, it does show good things sometimes but that only happens once in a while when the stars and planets are aligned.
I Remember the Promos for Tweedy's High-Flying Adventure on Boomerang!
That Title Mistake was absolutely fixed
Slightly baffled that they decided to advertise Frubes with baseball. In the UK. While barely even mentioning yoghurt...
wait, I know that boomerang uk logo from June 2003, it can't spin from boomerang to cartoon network to boomerang anymore.

You would've thought I had some CN Too footage, but actually, no I don't. It's a shame really. It was a really good channel.
