Continue to bring out the flaws of Greenlight castings. Maybe one day they may want to cut ties with the factory manufacturers in China and bring the assembling process home in North America where a better job can be done. The price may go up some but I don’t thing people wouldn’t mind pay a little more for a quality assembled product that thick’s all the boxes from the roll ability of the vehicles (no wobble and lean) to absent of flawed paint and glue.
One thing i do to make sure that doesn't happen when buying on ebay is i make sure it says sealed case and if it isn't sealed i send it back or get a refund!
0:25 seeing this Diorama makes me want to craft one but different... Junk yard No Car Grave Yard Yes! Also those are Called Plano cases?🤨 got it definitely need to look into those
Not any on the pegs here. Some of my thoughts are a bit in Ottawa. Anyways. The Malibu looks nice. Nice to see this era reproduced. One for the collection for sure. The Ltd is another one that l would pick up. The checker casting is a good one. I have another version of it and it looks good.
That's a really good Hollywood set, the '73 Chevy Chevelle Malibu (the hood doesn't open btw), the '68 Charger RT and the '83 Ford Crown Vic are my most favorites here. "All Terrain 11" has nice castings as well. The "oily windows" problem still persists though. That junkyard is getting full fast, that's for sure. Thanks for the presentation and the tour!
Didn't know they had series in the Hollywood cars . I wonder if there's any complete sets in the two bins I bought off of a guy that was moving . I learn something new every time here. I have some of those. But I have to get the chargers. I have a soft spot for mopars
Do you know or believe that Greenlight may have access to classic replica vehicles such as the 1974 Oldsmobile Cutlass or a 1968 Plymouth Fury III Convertible in 1:64 scale?
@@wtffor Thank you. Your particular collection of vehicles are authentic to realism and it just makes me think that it would be a wonderful thing to be able to add "specific" memories of our life experience for the dioramas of collectors who are interested in more than just "fantasy" vehicles that we have much access to located on the pegs in many stores! Other than Online Shopping, I rarely come across 1:64 scale cars such as the Cadillacs featured in your videos! So thanks again for your help.
Great review! The mess Greenlight's Chinese factories leave behind on the cars is surprising. Quality control isn't the strongest. Minor detail from a Checker fan...that silver circle on the left rear is the gas cap. Taxi medallions were bolted to the hood.
Great video as always. Do you by chance have any interest in a donation to the junkyard diorama? I have one of those Hot Wheels 68 Mustangs, Silver w/Peace Sign, that I literally ran over w/my power chair, oops .... crushing both A pillars a bit, as well as the package, lol. Let me know how and I'll send it to ya if you'd like.
I can understand where that glue situation would be annoying. I would argue that the free market capitalism is under constant communist threat right now 🤔 I for one always thought Ace Ventura drove some blue beater car.
We need to get this guy a place to display his whole collection and maybe a store. I'd pay to go see it
Your collection would probably been a childhood dream for any kid

Excellent comment and we need to flood Greenlight’s inbox 👍
The hood on the greenlight 73’ Chevelle Malibu does indeed open! Mine has an orange v8 with black air cleaner.
The Checker Taxi and Police car is my favorite.
Very cool as always.
👍👍👍👍

It's a shame greenlight don't listen to their collectors about quality control. But that's where they belong in that beautiful junk yard of yours 👍❤
4:16 probably the department station number
❤
Excellent review video…thank you for sharing
At 18:39, where did you get that little lawn mower? I might be able to use it for a truck load, if you can let me know where it came from.
I would so live in that trailer with the red VW bug actually I think I kinda did
All your videos are helpful you have a great collection. I'm just starting out collecting hotwheels.
LAPD, 266 is car number, 86 is division number (Fictional)
I really dig those police cars I got them both myself anytime I see police cars in that era it's a must to get them
The junk yard could be a good Hazzard County!👍🏼👍🏼

Very nice junkyard 👍👍
Definitely watch Drive. It's an awesome movie! It's like a modern version of 1978 movie The Driver.
Nice shout out for Ottawa
Hold the line!
Awesome set of vehicles and I agree green light needs to be more careful on castings
You should a demo with those junkyard cars:-)
Sweet set I agree greenlight has to know of these Qc issues already there's to much content proving it
Beautiful collection
Awesome collection bro

Im trying to make a display for 1:64 scale what stuff should i use for the gravel roads and the grass?
I recommend watching some of the train HO scale videos for that particular knowledge, as there are a lot of good options in the hobby world.
Great
I just picked up the 1992 crown vic from drive and it has blue wheels and a blue base is the one i have a chase
I wish I had a store that sold more than 4 different decent cars near me .
Impresionante el diorama 👌👌🤙
Cherokee nya bro...😘😘😘

I don not know of any off the top of my head... maybe one day they will produce those models.

Where did you get all of the toys
I bought most of them over the last 30 years at stores
85 is the series # of the car...i.e. 85 of 290...and the 662 is the Police Unit #...

NEVER stop complaining about the Greenlight windows! Too bad about that "sealed" case.
You actually play these at the junkyard or do you just use them as play like do you actually like crushed them
Yo yo ma!
