Hi mam i need help for this sentence
    I'm sleepy. I _______ all night.
Answer is I have been working all night.
Options include present perfect also (have worked)
Y can't it be present perfect mam?
It focuses on result only mam like he was working all night and result is He is sleepy focus on result. It doesn't focus on the activity of working all night.!?
I am backing with the present perfect tense third use mam.
Could you please clear it mam
