GOOD JOB! I’ve wanted a Piper Arrow since the late 60s when they started making them. I still have the magazines containing the articles I read back then. Still hoping I’ll get one, eventually! 🤓
@Family Pilot Me too! I have a Piper Colt right now, and I’m at the “collecting photos of dream airplane” stage towards ownership of a Cherokee 180 in the 1968 - 1974 era. Arrow would be the next step after that... 😎 ! Subbed.
Richard Nicholls love the plane! Working my up to bigger and faster one step at a time... thanks for watching! I’m working the video for legs 2 and 3 now!
Great video, I am trying to see if I should go with the Archer, the 235 or the Arrow. I was told the useful load is around 900 give in take in a Arrow compare to the archer ? I have been flying 172, and my wife hates the high wing... Thanks for sharing again
David Rendon thanks David, we are a family of 4 so useful is important for us. We don’t really need 4 hours of endurance and the kids usually want out after 3hours but baggage and and wife gets us up to 1000 quickly. :) happy flying
Nice vid. But it would be better for pilots, to move the camera back where we can see the full panel. And wondering why there's no links to the second and third leg??? Or have you not gone yet? Cheers!
stevae wei thanks for the feedback! For Leg 1, the GoPro wasn’t working. But I’ll have the panel and overhead working for leg 2! Working on it now, thanks for watching!
Jackson Rabon for planning i use a 12gal/hour +1gallon for start/taxi. 72gallon tanks gives you an idea of the endurance of the plane. Distance wise think of cruising at 130knots. For us the planes endurance will be greater than the endurance of the passengers ;)

Thanks! We like it. I’m working my way up to faster bigger planes slowly step by step :)

Great! I have had an Arrow II for nearly 10 years! Enjoy!
Nice landing
Nice! I recently got my complex endorsement in an Arrow. Definitely a fun plane to fly.

Right on. You seemed to get the hang of the new plane quickly
Arrow from the archer wasn’t bad, nose down more on approaches and keeping the prop set/adjusting it flies a lot the same :) love the plane!

How do you achieve those traffic audio alert call outs?

stevae wei did the trip - but still working the editing and putting it together!
I hate it too when ATC calls my Arrow a Cherokee! Nice vid.
Well Vaughn, don't get too upset, the Arrow's "first" name is Cherokee! LOL!!!
@Vaughn Davis
Arrow is a Cherokee, lol 😝.
What year and model Arrow is this aircraft?
1978 piper arrow PA-28R

May I know how much was it?
How many miles could one of these arrows fly?

Lousy view!!!!!!!!!!!!
