@@GavinReadsItAll Yes ❤ indeed. It definitely has flown by. Can't believe it's November already 😊... Crazy 😧... Ya I was on a plane too. Ugh 😫. I so dislike airplanes 😅. Looking forward to reading this 😊
Maybe some "Mood-Read-Mondays" as little vlog kinda videos to give yourself space to enjoy what you want to read on that specific day? You don't have to finish the book, just clarify at the end if you would continue or not. Or some "oldie" "Try a Chapter" videos of new, old or subscription box books to see if they are sparking interest? Maybe under specific themes? Just to tease us. Or "Rediscover forgotten books" (of your bookshelf) or lost in time? Books that were popular and aren't anymore or books not many readers ever talked about. Maybe you can use your library for it. Some "Manga with classic sub-plot" or even adaptation books, as you've done before. It's interesting which storylines always get reproduced in new releases. A "Week/Month in Catchy Lines" vlog - reading throughout the week/month and filming some B-roll afterwards to interpret phrases, details etc. that caught your interest while reading. Yeah, I thought about starting a book-tube channel, but I'm very stressed due to my day-job. So I won't, but I collect so many ideas for it and then let them pass ...
You could do a "Mood Read" video or a "Gavin Reads It All" by reading whatever strikes your fancy. You can do as many or as few as you like. I hope you're having fun on your trips!
I love the idea of Mood Read Monday. What draws you into wanting to read the pick? Maybe a drink that you make while reading the book. And then the book and how you experience it. It sounds so fun.
"A Time of Pina Coladas" 😂 OMG yes. That's absolutely the correct title.😉On a more serious note, I completely understand wanting structure but also wanting to mood read. Personally, if you're in-between video ideas I would recommend maybe choosing something from your special editions. You have some gorgeous books that I've been hoping you'd read and review. Not really picky whether you chose a series or a bunch of standalones or a mood reading mix, but it would be a great chance to pick books that haven't made it into any of your planned TBRs or videos.
I really love the nook you've got going on there with the book shelf behind you, the cosy chair and the candle light. And yes, please and thank you to more silent library videos.
What The River Knows is such a fun read and perfect for reading in Egypt. It definitely has The Mummy vibes. I also can't wait to read Everyone this Christmas has a Secret - my copy has arrived and I'm reluctantly restraining myself from picking it up as it feels too soon to get into Christmas books. I read The Christmas Guest last year and enjoyed it.
I'm sooo excited to reread Malice together with you! The Faithfull and the Fallen is my fave epic fantasy book series. 🥰 You could always do slice of life vlogs and moodread. Or read books from fave authors you didnt get to yet.
Omg I need to read Malice so bad, it's just sat staring at me. I am *so* jealous of you being in Egypt right now! My other half keeps taunting me cause he went with his parents as a kid and I wanna goooo!!! I also have What the River Knows sat waiting for me. Good luck with your reading!!
The only video idea I have that I want you to do is a complete series video on The Clique books, but there’s twenty books if you count the prequel and summer collection novellas and I don’t wanna stack another huge video project on your plate! Maybe eventually...
So excited for Witch Hat Atelier Wednesdays! Started the series because of your video and I'm so in love with the world and story- literally can't read anything else!
If you can't do the library challenge it would be fun to go though the books that you have had the longest on your shelves that you haven't read and pick one :D
Ahhh! I'm so excited you'll be part of this month's Literally Dead Book Club chats! I was going to read the book anyway, but you've just made me look forward to it all the more!
Paddled by Krampus is definitely a book. Just FYI. Oh! And I don't know if you're a fan of The Maid series by Nita Prose but she's realeased a Christmas novella in the series.
Hope you enjoy your trip to Egypt ! For the end of the year book rec I know Agatha Christie has at leat a couple of book set during christmas : Hercule Poirot's Christmas ( novel ) and The Adventure of the Christmas Pudding ( mini stories ) in cas you haven't read them yet 😊
I read Everyone This Christmas Has a Secret yesterday and it was so cute! Particularly, Ernie's laws for Christmas Specials 😂 For Christmas themed mysteries, unpopular opinion, I really enjoyed The Christmas Murder Train. It's a true locked room murder mystery set on a snowbound train on Christmas Eve. It has hellacious ratings, but from what I can tell it's because people picking it up expected a Cozy Mystery and it's absolutely not a cozy. I was expecting a regular murder mystery, so luckily, it met my expectations.
It felt like only yesterday that Gavin was building the LEGO Titanic and being the Miss Marple of his neighbourhood.
How time flies

"I want to read, but I don't know what I want to read" is basically my perpetual state of being 😂
Hope you have a wonderful trip!
I think you could vlogs with the books that you just wanna read. I would love to see you read something for just because you wanted to.
slice of life mood reading is my favorite type of book content

I love the " rediscover forgotten books " one and the idea of reading books he already own but are not necessarilly popular so we can discover them !
You could do a "Mood Read" video or a "Gavin Reads It All" by reading whatever strikes your fancy. You can do as many or as few as you like. I hope you're having fun on your trips!
The silent library smut series is a low key fave, it kills me every time. Also slice of life vlogs are great

i’m pretty sure there’s a Poirot set in Egypt
I love a Christmas reading video, and if there's some silly smut involved then ho ho ho 🎉
I would love to see you decorate your new place for Christmas!🎄

Awe man knowing you’re coming to Australia is soo cool. Don’t listen to anyone! South Australia is a hidden gem if you ever have the opportunity.

Oh I liked The Christmas Guest. It was a nice short story for the holiday.
I am already really excited for you reading the faithful and the fallen. It's one of my fav book series😊
I’ve also been soooo curious to read Butter 👀 I hope it’s great
I've already read the first four books in faithful and fallen. One of my favorite series. I have the other three. I'll have to read along.
The only video idea I have that I want you to do is a complete series video on The Clique books, but there’s twenty books if you count the prequel and summer collection novellas and I don’t wanna stack another huge video project on your plate! Maybe eventually...
I had a really good time with Cujo earlier this year. I am eagerly awaiting Wind and Truth book Five of Stromlight.
So excited for Witch Hat Atelier Wednesdays! Started the series because of your video and I'm so in love with the world and story- literally can't read anything else!
You should check out Happy For Now and her bonker romance reads videos if you want to get some ideas of books to read.
If you can't do the library challenge it would be fun to go though the books that you have had the longest on your shelves that you haven't read and pick one :D
Christine is a great movie. I think even King liked the adaptation.
An academy for liars sounds so good 😭
I loved the faithful and the fallen! I haven’t read the following trilogy yet. I hope you like it!!!
Ahhh! I'm so excited you'll be part of this month's Literally Dead Book Club chats! I was going to read the book anyway, but you've just made me look forward to it all the more!
Oh yay that makes me so happy 🥰
Oh yay that makes me so happy 🥰
@@GavinReadsItAll Well you make me happy so I’m glad I could return the favour (even just a bit) ❤️
Mood reading vlogs should 100% be a thing for 2025.
Paddled by Krampus is definitely a book. Just FYI. Oh! And I don't know if you're a fan of The Maid series by Nita Prose but she's realeased a Christmas novella in the series.
since your Halloween vlogs are over now, I am back to bug you until you catch up with one piece again!!!!!
Egghead is officially over!
I love your scream mask model! Would you ever show us your dvds?
Silent Library would be amazing to bring back!
I want to finish The Witcher series by the end of the year!! I'm on book 5 so I think I can do it 🤞😊
The Running Man is the only Stephen King book I've ever read and it was pretty good!
How is it the end of the year already?! It’s been a great year of booktube! 👏🏻 I’m taking a break until the end of the month so give yourself grace!
I hope you enjoy your break and cheers to us for another year on BookTube 🥂

THERES ANOTHER NEW ERNEST CUNNINGHAM BOOK?
I read The Kane Chronicles with my daughter…it is not amazing. Probably a good choice to skip it.
Butter was my most disappointing book so far this year…..
