1 = LEFT PUNCH (SQUARE).........f = front
2 = RIGHT PUNCH (TRIANGLE).......b = back
3 = LEFT KICK (X button) ..............d = down
4 = RIGHT KICK (CIRCLE).........u =up
f,b,d,u - mean: tap/press
F,B,D,U - mean: HOLD
FC is Full Crouch
WS is While Standing, get up from crouch
~ is press very fast
CD is Crouch Dash = f,d,df
BT is Back Turned
SS is Side Step L left or R right
CH is Counter Hit
QCB is Quarter Circle Backwards = down, down/back, back

And rare are sometimes not MOVES themselves but their PROPERTIES!
Some say Julia is annoying and boring, I disagree
Most people stick to juggles and level mixups, I prefer grab buffering
QCB f+2 command throw can be delayed, buffered, has great speed of execution and can cover a great range
1+2 stuns guard, another chance for mixups, db+3 or 3+4
d, df+1 covers a great distance with blazing speed
3+4 sidestep is underutilized, not everyone knows it can be repeated
2~b; QCB f+2 back throw buffer can be stopped but is still worth trying - เกม

One of my fav teams in TTT were J&M. Good times ;) I mostly play on PC, I used to play T3 online but I don't anymore. If you wish to play it online with other live opponents use emulator - google: Honmaru Tekken 3 online. Good luck.

how did you use honmaru ? I tried it today but I don' t understand anything :/
Press "X-O + ↑ →" at one and same time. If the opponent is left behind make it "← ↑" instead.
