Its for convenience sake for me to enjoy the game everything unlocked or have easy mode sans achievements. That is never the case, in any game, you have to put effort into it.
Back then we paid for a game and everything was unlockable within the game. We're not paying tekken extra money because we're too lazy to unlock them, they're charging us for it because they're greedy bastards who know they can get away with it. The only consumers who benefit are people who don't want have too much money, who don't want to put the time and effort in but still want extra characters to play with. So like, almost no one.

Also, imagine surviving killing your demon wife, barely surviving an encounter with your demonic son, beating him twice in both his human AND his devil form, aquiring his grandson to fight an ancient Aztec God alien... thing, just to be slapped around by an fragile old man that somehow copied everyone's moves, and blows himself up dozens of times. The only solace is that he's Russian, and they're damn near impossible to keep down
@@newhybrid101 He loses to his son in however many rounds in the first game and gets chucked into a volcano, somehow survives, comes back to fight his son for his company back, having to beat him twice. I don't remember if you have to face him in both forms twice
@User00571 TAS stands for Tool Assisted Speedrun. Basically a program tjat allows him to change the outcome of using certain moves. Allowing for impossible runs to be possible and choreographing fights

This brings back so many childhood memories! I remember as a kid I went through tekken force mode without thinking about it much and then I was randomly battling this weird doctor at the end of it. When I beat him I unlocked him without expecting that to happen. My brothers and I were both amused and weirded out by Doctor B’s strange fighting style.
Dr. B is awesome but I'd be lying if I said I didn't come here because of that preview thumbnail lol. I never though you could outdo yourself when you played him the first time. Nice work as always of course, and I gotta love the tailbone treatment you give the female opponents. Ouch!
The good doctor did some intense experiments on himself using the gathered data on the lost fighters from Tekken 2, I see. It was more than enough to storm this tournament. Kazuya must be a happy man knowing he isn't facing the monster he created indirectly.
He was such a badass character, i was huge in tekken, we played t3 quite a bit even t2 then in our parlour tag tournament 1 was introduced and we shifted to that, would have loved to master this character if he was in tag tournament.
Wanted to add, for those who don't remember or don't know, this thing was very hard to control, he wouldn't stand for long and when he's down wouldn't remain down for long haha
