Guys I found the last step..after step three and you take them both out. Rapidly tap each earbud 4 times. You will see the red/Blue lights blink SLOWER. Indicating that they are actually pairing. Once you see this. Put them in your ears and wait for the “Pairing” after this. Turn your Bluetooth back on and connect. I did this man’s steps like 20times and got no results. Turns out your only resetting it. Not connecting them L0L. So rapidly press each ear bud 4 times after you reset them. They should both be playing simultaneously

1 remove earbuds from Bluetooth list
2. Turn both earbuds off bye holding each of there buttons for 4 seconds
3. Press the button on each ear bud for 10 seconds
4. Rapidly press the main button on each earbud 4 times
5. Place both back until light is red
Still doesn t work for me...

Edit: To resync your ear buds you do all of the steps above first then you rapidly press the center button 4 times. Thank you to the kind soul you helped those of us needing a resync, not just a reset!!

Never go cheap for earbuds, they will always not work out the way you planned. I bought these and ever since I’ve always had one of the ear buds just not play audio. It reacts to the device it’s connected too, yet no audio comes out of either side, sometimes both sides dont play audio. Seriously never buy these cheap ass barely put together correctly earbuds. Waste of time and money!

The red light doesn't appear when I put one of the buds in the case but the other one does even when I put it on the other side. The lights do work otherwise like when I take them out to pair. Is it broken do you think or doe you think it is still charging?
So if I’ve done this four times and it says pairing in my left ear yet the right side still doesn’t work, is it safe to say the right is a dud?

Try doing one bud at a time. Turn Bluetooth off then take them out of the case. Push power button on left bud until powered off. Place back in case, then turn the right bud off and place in case. Turn your Bluetooth back on and remove buds and they should pair.
I try all steps n still don’t work. Left bud don’t pair. I have 2 different Bluetooth for each buds.

If you’re considering getting his headphones I would honestly say don’t and just pay more money for something better they constantly disconnects from each other and it’s a real pain to repair this thing

Didn't work. Neither earbud will synch together. Both will synch to phone independently. Garbage. Has not worked scince purchase.

Hello! My problem is that both earbuds are working in terms of playing audio, but I can only get 1 mic to work at a time. Both mics work in mono mode but don't work together in stereo. Any thoughts??

me funcionó de esta manera: no importa el orden solo debes apagar los audifonos "power off", luego escuchar que en ambos audifonos diga "pair" o emparejar (no importa si es al mismo tiempo o no), en mi caso los leds parpadean rapidamente luego de decir "pair", finalmente solo queda pulsar ambos audifonos rapidamente, no importa que no esten sincronizados tus dedos pulsa rapido y solito se empareja. en un momento veras que los leds se encienden en color azul al mismo tiempo ahi es donde se sincronizaron
Still doesnt work. I think mines are fcked up. Nomather what I do the right one doesnt flash the led. The led just doesnt work. I have only seen it light up once and it was when I bought them. They the right one never lit up again. Still works but its sketchy. Always dies first and never turns on automatically.
Only my right flashes when it’s finished. No sync sound. I can connect to both of them independently and can switch audio from left to right. But no sound from both at same time.

None of that worked for me. what I did was had them both on and both buds into pairing mode then pressed the left bud 4 times and they connected together.
