Its sad really. You see these people that were lean and fit 5yrs ago, and now they're off the vegan high carb wagon and its CICO and weight gain and suddenly they've put on 20kgs. Then its calorie restriction, starvation, slowing down the metabolism and yo-yo dieting.
and depression and losing money/health/relationships/careers etc.
Also the Body Odor.
Ahh I did that, did a 50 mile ultramarathon after about a year on high carb, then fasted and low carb… gained 11-12kg, fattest I ever been. Weight is going down nicely now though after 9 months on high carb (-8kg from heaviest). Gonna get fucking shredded in a matter of time

I heard it can actually feel good first montsh? And then there is drop of energy, libido? What is the issue? Iam male. I want to know, I dont do this for animal, I love animals, it's so easy to get into arguments with people when u say u love eating meats, fish. So I wonder, how is it? I also heard and notice myself vegans who look old and kinda pale, what is the reason?

It's frustrating as hell trying to explain this to people.
Funny i was under the impression that they put sugar everywhere, and a lot of it and the overdose of sugar is causing diabetes & obesity… if you don’t work out. But I swear they want people to consume more & more sugar. Which is highly addictive. They want us to eat more sugar & more fat. As Endurance Athletes we NEED sugar/carbs to perform but we are a tiny minority of people. Most people don’t train like we do but stuff themselves with a shitton of sugar
So then why are they pushing no sugar then?
Why are ALL the social media platforms ANTI SUGAR?
@@durianriders people are eating more sugar than ever before. The keto / high fat - low carb trend is DYING. As shown per Google search results. They add sugar in EVERYTHING. Every processed food is filled with salt & sugar. Cereals for kids are filled with sugar. Biscuits too. And I’m a High Carb Vegan cyclist.

Sugar makes me more hungry
because you avoid sugar so much and then when you FINALLY have it your body is like 'yes keep it coming we need it for EVERY cell in our body!'
When we get enough sugar we STOP being as hungry. That is why you didnt get sugary meal aka desert BEFORE your dinner as a kid otherwise you would EAT LESS.
If you want people to eat more then RESTRICT sugar until last meal of the day or restrict it overall. Follow the $$$$$!

Just watched a video from health channel saying reducing added sugar from e.g. soda reduces insulin, and insulin is anabolic and reducing insulin improves ability to use stored fat as energy?
Ask them if that is true sugar causes high fasting insulin then why am I so ripped and light? Why are they not as ripped as me if they know better?

That’s not sugar lol. Look at cost of sugar vs meat in ANY store world wide.
Those brands are pushing no sugar as it’s cheaper to make and people will get hungrier by eating less sugar so they eat more meat etc
@@durianriders what are you talking about, there is a ton of sugar in so many of their products. Yes they have sugar free options but that's not the bulk of their products. They rely very heavily on sugar. One can of regular Coke has about 10 teaspoons of sugar...

The only thing is on your protocols I haven’t lost any weight it’s just maintaining. And I’m super low on fat 5-10 grams daily and less 50
Grams of protein
I eat more than 50 grams of protein most days and my bmi is 19, and with no calorie restriction.
I don't strictly stay below 10 grams of fat either. Some days I eat 5-10 grams and other days I may eat up to 20-30 grams from grains, but still no oils or high fat foods like nuts, seeds, or chocolate.

My question please help: I've tried high carb low fat, low protein; but i just don't feel satisfied unless I've had some more fat and more protein (I feel most satisfied on about 50% carb, 30% fat and 20% protein)

It’s about the living the message maybe you think you’ve done that already and so it’s ok to eat natela and some fish sauce but you had a better message back then. And the diet you guys eat and promote is trash.
