I’m glad to see you rated dinner at Eden a 10/10. I had already booked it for our trip on the Edge to Alaska in July! Great video (from one foodie to another) 😊
Just came back from being on the Eclipse 9 days to Bermuda. We tried tuscan, murano, sushi on 5 and le petit chef. The food was good, no lie, BUT I didn't find it SO much better than the main dining room, that it warranted the price. Don't get me wrong. It was better.... It just wasn't better ENOUGH for the 500 price tag I paid. The buffet was a pleasant surprise. Lots of evening options and food quality was higher than most cruise ship buffets. Going back on the Eclipse on Jan 2 to the ABC's. I think I would put the money into excursions rather than specialty dining... Just my thoughts. Oh..... And......... FIRST!
Being first definitely earns an extra star in my book! I’m glad you enjoyed your trip to Bermuda. I just returned from there as well. Murano and Tuscan are my favorites-maybe because I’ve tried everything on their menus! I have my go-to dishes that always hit the spot. I was also pleasantly surprised by the buffets on both the Eclipse and the Summit. In my opinion, they were even better than some on the Edge class ships.
Thanks Tom! Great video and you nailed our view of Celebrity's Dining, although we admit that have a soft spot for Rooftop/Garden Grill and always book it. For us non-suite people, Eden is the best!. ...and we do love Celebrity's wine pairing including up-charge (over premium) offerings! Keep up the great work! Make sure you always inquire about any off-menu offerings as well! Less than 4 months to our next Celebrity cruise!
