How the heck do you miss the Cobalt SS/TC for a list of the fastest 4cyl American cars? That thing was a beast! Motor Trend tested it at 0-60 in 5.5, then backed it up with a Nürburgring time of 8:22. It was a mega sleeper.

I think you should consider the 2.5T skyactive g. Out of box makes 311 torque 250hp and with bolts ons and a tune makes 280hp and over 400 torque
