[DIY] Replace the core of Aladdin Blue flame 46 years ago

This video is a maintenance of Aladdin Blue Flame 46 years ago, which was no longer used in my parents' house.
This stove is an Aladdin stove blue flame with a series name of 38 and a model number of J3804, and was manufactured and sold between 1975 and 1975.
I've been using it at my parents' house since I was a kid, but it seems that it wasn't used for a long time by my elderly parents to bring kerosene because the living floor is on the 3rd floor.
When I was organizing my parents' house recently, this stove came out, so I brought it because it is just right for use in the garage.
However, in the old memory, the flame of this stove was blue, but even if the height of the core is adjusted, it does not become a blue flame.
The wick is also old, so I thought that was the cause and decided to replace the wick this time.
The replacement core was stored together at my parents' house, so I will use it.
I think this Aladdin stove has a good design and is still popular, but it is not easy to use because it has an integrated fuel tank.
My house has kerosene in the garage, so the only way to use it in the house is to carry the stove to the garage or carry the kerosene into the house every time you refuel.
After all it is not practical.
I think that the unique design will be lost if the fuel tank is separated.
Whether to take the design or the practicality. It's a difficult place.
