The fuel bladder is required by regulation to be inside the safety cell, so it is safely encapsulated by a lot of carbon fiber. The engine is attached to the safety cell by 6 bolts so that it can be relatively easily be sheared off from the safety cell in a crash. The craziest thing is that the energy storage for the ERS system is under the fuel cell.
I actually love this. The modelling is beautiful, the level of detail is absolutely incredible, the soundtrack fits so well, a nice slow spin around the car, then the 1.6L turbo hybrid V6 accelerating the whole way through, and finally, the letters on the tyres moving quicker and quicker... 10000/10. What a job you've done on this one! ^_^

I have been looking at footage of these newer cars with the changes that have been made since the change in wheel size. I think that the engineers have done an awesome job with the changes that they have made. I found information that says that they had to completely change the way the suspension is engineered because of the wheel size change. So in looking at the newer designs, I am amazed in that the control arms seem to be integrated into the body or basically bolted or attached directly to the body with no pivot point. A highly aerodynamic approach if I am correct. Even in this, though I think I am correct, I still can't fully tell. So I think, even though it looks like they have gotten the issues with the updated cars resolved, that is why they had bouncing problems. Thats why I say they have done an amazing job. They made not one, but two major changes to the cars. Amazing feats of engineering.

Amazing model! But you are missing the front nose impact structure, even though you modeled the side pods impact structure. The driver is also steering but the wheels do not respond nor the driveshaft? It’s a beautiful model though and keep up the great work
