Im happy you are not prioritizing difficulty over enjoyment. Its really nice to think that some players like you don't care if its top 1, 2, 3 etc. but rather just wanna make it as more enjoyable for the sake of our sanity. It will (very likely) not be updated to the servers. However, his version added a few more changes including hide player flashes and very small hitbox changes at the 49 straightfly, some very minor predrop changes, and patched out the 35 bypass. Edit: Just days ago, ryamu showcased the old, unnerfed version of Acheron that features different gameplay in the drop and the ending. This version is comparible in difficulty to Riot's version.

i kinda want acheron to be top 1 so we have an actually good top 1 for once but at the same time I don't want it to be _too_ forced top 1 because then it probably wouldn't be fun. So probably alpha or a slightly buffed alpha would work best
Honestly, top 1’s are really all about difficulty so I feel like people are going to be more on zoinks version and what’s really the point of making it enjoyable when only the top players could actually play it.
What I don’t understand is why your version being more fun matters at all. It’s still a top 2, not a top 30-40 like what happened with cobwebs, which makes it inaccessible to literally everyone except like 10 people max.

Hear me out: This is a GAME. You play game to have fun. Additionally, what you’re saying is bs. Zodiac, despite being top 1, was and has been considered really fun overall. Slaughterhouse and AOD have also been considered pretty fun. Top 1s are oversaturated in the community anyway, and besides, it’s not like you’re gonna beat it anytime soon.
When it comes to top 1s they’re not supposed to be fun imo. Nobody seeks out a top 1 for a good experience. Personally I just want zoinks version to be verified to prove how much more we can push difficulty. (And for slaughterhouse to be dethroned)
This is the problem with the top 10 nowadays it only gets a simple rate without it being featured. Poocubed, kyouki and limbo r the ones with a feature and I was hoping ppl would follow down that path but nope they say “screw the decoration and focus on the gameplay”.

You make a very good point and I totally agree but there are people who’ll say it shouldn’t be rated as it’s not possible on the game’s native refresh rate. Just have to play by the rules sometimes.

But the only players able to enjoy it are top players anyway, so making it more "enjoyable" to more people makes no sense. No one's gonna play this for fun, people are playing it for fame, less people are gonna play this if it's not top 1.
