Last Mound Standing Impossible EOTU 5.3

Last mound standing is one of the more chaotic level in Empires of the Undergrowth. There is a lot going on and not much downtime. This is the one level where you get to play as termites in eotu. It's not my favorite level but it's not the worst.

The reason the king turns back is because he has limited range. Often he will target something which then dies before he can start fighting it. I think his range is his vision range starting from the centre of the queen. Thats just a guess tho.

Upgrading minor workers to level 3 is critical for the termites because they can make 50% more food from the same amount of lignocellulose. It doesn’t take long for them to cover their cost and then they start paying off big time.
Also the soldiers and minor workers can only harvest negligible amounts of lignocellulose so it’s often better to just leave their harvest off so they can focus on something else.

I hate those stinkants. Especially since you cannot force them to close off a tunnel, and will always dig into your nest at some point.

If it's like 3.2 it's pretty easy but the way you drive them back is different but not by much and it's harder just to pick off single small groups over and over again until you push them back and all you mainly got to do is just not let the majors Clump up.

I'm not sure why but I just can't beat this on impossible with the challenge on. The Matabele are to strong and many. I priorities making minor soldiers while still giving just enough room for the economy and I let a god amount of termites die outside but they still have at least 15 high level soldiers in my nest. By the time they get to my queen they still have 5-6 ants left and I'm left without fungus.
