I really enjoy watching and learning from your paintings Jason, I am newly starting in oils from acrylics and have watched just about all of your videos on here.. and really really enjoyed them so much.. thank you for being an inspiration and teaching others..
Love It I to like some others have gotten the paints out and have began to create paint thank you sir continue to do what you do so well encourage others you are you and Bob Ross is who God made him to be thank you
I love how the water in the foreground came out - beautifully calm and flat with great reflections - oops, I wrote that before you were finished. You gave it some motion. Nice painting.
something about the way that artists paint effortlessly, making it seem so easy .... i enjoyed this but doubtful mine will turn out any good, but your video makes me want to try anyway!
I really find your work rather amazing, it's simply baffling how you can pick up a paint brush and create such beautiful pieces of art. Although I'm not really good at painting or drawing, myself; I really enjoy watching your videos and learning from them. There's something about your videos that are so peaceful too. You're so calm, and relaxed, and I can really tell that you're being yourself and not trying to act like someone you're not just to get the ratings; so I really enjoy that about your videos as well! :) Keep up the awesome work and I'm looking forward to viewing more of your videos!
I enjoy your shows very much. The Zombie Woman was fun. I especially like the night scenes! I'd like to watch you do something with fire. A wildland fire? Forest fire? Or maybe a storm, lightening on an ocean or a tornado..... I have laid the gauntlet at your feet!!!!! Carry on your talent is inspiring.
i like your style man. im gona get some orange bud from my room and have a really relaxing afternoon. hope you dont mind me copying your technique, its amazing.
Hi Jason, I'm from South Africa and thank you for your videos. You make painting look so effortlessly and thank you for that. can you please show us how to paint a moonlight over a mountain and water scene? I took special leave and are going to a quiet place specially to try some of your paintings. will show you when finished for advise.
To some who ask for new vids, read what he wrote, "paints are out again" I think.some should support his only 5 dollar vids. He's doing all these lessons for free. Also, to some who say he's acting like.Bob Ross, the dialogue of the technique is same, and so what, he's got the easel and brushes!! We all hope to have the.easel and use the same brushes ,they are the best for this technique, as well.as the easer. Get on to another channel if.you don't like anything here. Say thanks for his time, sharing, teaching and FREE lessons!! Btw, Jason you do look alot like Timothy Olyphant, if you cut hair, so handsome....get the scissors out....lol
Hello Jason, I have discovered your channel recently as I intend to teach myself the wet on wet painting technique. I like the paintings that you did especially with a black canvas. I would like to suggest a motive that may be interesting. It is called „Sverd i fjell“. These are 3 swords made of stone. It is a monument located in the area of Stavanger (Norway) I used to work in that area for a couple of months. Maybe you can paint them in the moonlight or with a thunderstorm. In general the Norwegian fjords are fine landscapes. Best Regards from Germany. Satoshi
You are freakin awesome, don't let these bloody nay sayers get to you! ! ! I don't see any of their work on here. . . Going to try and give this one a go, its just brilliant !!!
He`s actually a lot better than Bob Ross! Not that I don`t like Bob Ross and his art. I`ve learned much from our highly respected Devil-slapper himself! And I`m sure even Bob himself would`ve been agreed with me, with a smile on his face! -Jason Bowen can paint Portraits- any animal you want him to paint, and give him a ref. photo, and he`ll paint it after to the last highligt-stroke! - but, of course, we all have our fav teachers. And I´m glad I´m openminded enough to learn from other artist and not only from B.R. Cause, I`d like to paint more than just trees and mountains too.
No offence Jason. You seem like a really nice guy but this Bob Ross style of painting is total crap. I mean like, what planet is this on? Absolutely no semblance to reality. The trees, bushes, grass, water etc. definitely not on this planet. Starting with a complete black canvas too, ??????????? Actually depressing sorry. Anyway, seems like some people like it
Jason, you don't know what this lesson means to me. You make it look so easy with each step clear. Thank you so much.
Said before..your black gesso paintings are your best. The detail and blending are awesome.
You're keeping up with paint instruction, and you're original with "Bob" tools.
I am a self starter on oil painting because I don't have time to take classes with my busy job. Thank you so much for the upload!
Love the painting. I also like the birds chirping in the background as you paint. That's a very peaceful setting you have there.
The Bob Ross paints made all the difference. Thank you for your recommendations.
Your amazing Jason. I love watching your paintings come to life....You are indeed a true Artist.....
