- Drum Major Bill Barclay from Towie Pipe Band in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, proving he's a Master of the Mace flourish (spins and throws) during public displays at Scottish Highland Games. This shows Bill demonstrating his skills with Towie Pipe Band and leading the massed bands at Oldmeldrum, Aboyne and Ballater HIghland Games in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Towie Pipe Band wear Graham of Menteith tartan. Bill by profession was also a qualified Master Kilt maker.

Whilst the drum major has very good Drill and Deportment... That is certainly not Master of the Flourish material. Very cumbersome and awkward mace work.
