Am an old bitch now, 70, but when I was young we used to do stuff like Moose Farts, most of my friends are dead now, but the memorys lives on and this is a great one ! thank you !
Yeah, I'm in that club! Somehow, I wind up giving out way too many plates of Xmas cookies, tho! So, somebody's still out there. Hope u have a great holiday. The best part for me is lighting up the faces of others. many crazy blessings to ya. Hope this' your wildest year yet.
Years ago, my late mother made things called reeses fingers that were peanut butter filling dipped in chocolate in a log shape. We called them "dog turds" because that's what they looked like. Mom wasn't too impressed with Dad and my two sisters calling them that.
When my grandmother made these, 60 years ago, they were called Hello Dollies. Same ingredients, different assembly. She layered ingredients instead of mixing, in a 9x13” baking dish, chilled, then cut into bars-same exact ingredients. I like your name better:)
Lame. Life is about having fun. Those people would never get an invite from me. If you can’t hear poop or farts, I don’t want you anywhere near me!!!! Sit your sorry ass at home and be miserable. Tell them I said they suck and you suck if you don’t have a backbone to stand up to anyone because of a lacking of a sense of humor. Laughing is one of the best things for anyone!!!! Gtfoh
Dude, these are so close to my absolute childhood favorite party goodie my aunt Shirley would make!!!! Magic Bars!!!!! All thats missing is toasted nuts (usually walnuts, but ive made with pecans too) Instead of making balls, you build them one layer at a time, like lasagna! I think Moose Balls will be my new shape and name!!!!!! Thank you!!!! *Edit, oops, not moose balls. Moose Farts! Lol.
a friend makes something similar with white chocolate ganache that includes the colored marshmallows that she finishes with edible glitter. Calls them unicorn p**p.
As someone who grew up in Alaska I can say that they look nothing like moose nuggets (which is what we call moose poo.) Having never seen a moose fart before, however, they may be spot on for those. :)
A stick of butter is 1/2 cup. If your treats are not turning out, make sure you measure correctly. Remember cooking in an art, baking (or no bak cookies) is a science
Those look very tasty and simple and easy to make. My brains already turning with possibilities. Thank you for sharing your version of moose farts. God bless you and your family❤️🙏🇺🇸
Glad this popped up on my feed, I see me and the grandkid doing these this weekend. Dude this video was dope. Your delivery was informative, funny, and just good fun. Going to look for your socials now.
Looks good. I make a cookie with just coconut flakes and condensed milk. I bake them for fifteen minutes, then later dip some in chocolate. I wonder if those can be put in the freezer for 15 minutes, then dipped in chocolate.
If you: combine the gr. cr. crumbs with butter and press in a 8x8 pan layer, choc chips, walnuts, coconut then pour thw swtnd cond milk over & bake.....you have MAGIC COOKIE BAR recipe
I just HAD to watch this video bcuz of the NAME !!! These things look yummy !!! I'm somewhat surprised by how simple they are. I wonder if peanut butter can be incorporated into this recipe, though. Maybe use it instead of the plain butter ? Also, I'm so glad you used REAL vanilla instead of the imitation shtuff !!! TYDM for sharing this video with us - made me subscribe to your channel !!! 😉
I'm going to try making them but change the coconut to oatmeal because I'm allergic to coconut. I might film it and put on my channel. Thanks for the new holiday cookie idea
People have measured the volume of the vanilla extract cap, it's a teaspoon A tablespoon is just 3 teaspoons Use the cap, save yourself washing the measuring spoon 🍪
With a name that unappetizing, I figured it would be decent and I was not disappointed. Sounds very good, and you suggesting trying some peanut butter or white chocolate chips was a good idea, also butterscotch chips, or walnuts or sliced almonds would also be good, or instead of the graham crackers you can also substitute biscoff cookies. And yes, I think they're moose poop. Nice lil video thanks for sharing.❤🫎💩
It's Magic Candy Bars aka 7-Layer Bars without the baking. It will be interesting to make two batches, one baked and one not to see which is preferred.
Mine turned out great. I added marshmallows and did less coconut. They look lumpy like an animal pellet, lol. I have them firming in the fridge, going to eat them tonight and ring in the new year. My 5 year old granddaughter helped they were so easy for her to ball up and roll in crumbles
The cookies that you described your grandmother made sounds like a recipe I made in my junior high school home economics class, except mine were Orange no bake cookies, o.j.concentrate, sweet condensed milk, vanilla wafer crumbs, ground pecans,, then rolled in shredded coconut.
Yum. I use a 6 oz heavy glass tumbler in a hottish pan of water to melt butter, Chef Mic may cook the fat. To mix smack the entire bowl in the mic for 30 seconds, keeps the butter flowing to mix. Chill the bowl a few minutes to make it less messy to roll.
Why not just use lg bowl to melt butter then y don't have to worry about burning hands or spilling butter less cleanup too. Looks easy & good ill give it a try thank u
@@abcxyz-io7wt If melting just 4 Tbsp butter in it heats up your entire bowl to the point where it still melts chocolate chips _after_ you've taken the time to add a can of condensed milk and combine it thoroughly, that sucker is not microwave safe.
Never heard them called moose farts, where I live they were called reindeer turds and were rolled in logs cut into pieces and tapered sometimes and then dipped in chocolate
I love no bake desserts. When my son was young and he would tell me the night before something that he had to bring a dessert or I needed something for work, I would do Rocky Road. It’s so easy but people thought it took ages to make.
OK, so I've never seen your channel before, and it obviously popped up, because I have been watching vids of people making holiday desserts. But, instantly, your title made me laugh, so I *HAD TO* watch your video, lol. So, let's get started. Wow me! 😋 >slurp!
The cookies you asked about If your family is Greek, the cookies were called Greek cookies in my family. If they had nuts in them those would be called wedding cookies. The Greek cookies orange juice was used to make ours.
I’m going to make these but add a mixture of flax, chia, and hemp seeds in with the graham cracker meal, and use unsweetened coconut flakes to give it some health benefits 😊
Ur grandmother cookies are called Mexican wedding cookies. Use lemon extract in place of vanilla or any flavor you really want like orange or butter or peppermint etc..... they are my favorite cookies i make them all the time (unfortunately they always turn out good lol)

Call them Reindeer Farts for Christmas....I'm gonna
A bit large ? Maybe no. Or just make them a bit smaller
Gonna use sprinkles??😅

I make buckeye at Christmas and call them “Reindeer Balls” 😁

I had a coworker years ago who called cat hairballs hairturds lol.
YES!!! My late Aunt Betty made Xmas treat platters for the family every year, and my favorite was the 'turds'!
Talk about clickbait! Moose Farts? Of course I had to investigate. I'm glad I did. Fun and easy recipe I'd love to try!
When my grandmother made these, 60 years ago, they were called Hello Dollies. Same ingredients, different assembly. She layered ingredients instead of mixing, in a 9x13” baking dish, chilled, then cut into bars-same exact ingredients. I like your name better:)
We did same-and added nuts (walnuts or pecans) and butterscotch chips.
Hello Dollies were my Moms and my favorite sweet treat. Since her passing, I’ve never had another.
In Texas we called them Dolly Madison bars
"combine with the 'goop' u made earlier" 😂😂😂 ..that's a professional term
You made my day. " terminally broke, mediocre talent" haha..... In the kitchen for sure
I love watching you, you always use those big fancy words... "mix it all together with the goop you made earlier" lol ♥
😂😂😊❤
I'm gonna make this for thanksgiving. I cant wait to announce the name in front of some of my proper relatives, LOL
Lol you gonna have to give us an update after 🤣
Announce it as soon as the most "proper" of them has taken a bite, before they process the taste.
My Mom will love it

Moose Toots for those with delicate affectations.
Never thought I'd ever say, " Moose farts sound good for a holiday treat.".....lol I will be making these. Thanks for sharing.
Bourbon balls are what my grandma used to make. Can make them with brandy instead of bourbon and the nilla wafers. The rum version has coconut
Ooooooh
I don't know how or why you showed up on my feed, but I am good w/ it ! Yer awesome !
Im definitely making these for Thanksgiving. Thank you so mutch! Just the thing! Happy Holiday's!

FYI, 1/2 stick is 1/4 cup of butter
We always called them moose poop
😂 a man in the kitchen that don’t know what he’s doing
Came here to say this lol. He put 1/4cup
Ha, just came here to say that 4 TBSPs is 1/4 cup.
Me too! 4 = 1/4. 🤦🏼♀️
1/2 cup is 8 tablespoons, or rather, the whole thing.
That's what I thought, I was thinking 4 tablespoon was a ¼ cup cause peanut brittle takes 1 cup and we use 2 sticks
We are kindred spirits ...as soon as I saw the name ...I'M ALL IN
I will also add pecans to this recipe......looks delicious
Good idea... 👌
Absolutely love the name and recipe.
Very nice, got a giggle from what you called this dish too. 👍🏻

I think finishing these off with either white chocolate or milk chocolate drizzle! Oh they look delicious 😋
I always melt my butter in a coffee cup. Easy to pour out once it's melted and no burned fingers!😃

Half a cup is a whole stick of butter

It looks like you used the same ingredients as eagle brand seven layer bars. Those are so sweet that I get a headache after a nibble.
Nice job, love your style, 😊
