- Gran Turismo 7 will be released simultaneously on PlayStation®5 and PlayStation®4 on 4 March 2022.
25 years from the release of the first ‘Gran Turismo’, GT7 has been designed with the aim of conveying the past 150 years of automotive and racing culture not only to the long standing fans of the series, but also to those who are just starting to learn about cars.
As the culmination of the Gran Turismo series, major improvements have been made in all areas, including its systems and content.

Adding back true tuning, the map layout of the menu, giving me GT3/4 vibes, hard.
If the physics/driving don't change, but the cars, tracks, campaign, etc. do, I'll be more than happy.

@@UltraCasualPenguin as far as I know, Gt sport is the place where real life tournaments are held. It is the "driving sim" . Jimmy Broadent rivaled Super GT in this game, This game is on the E sports level, other racing games like F1 and Assetto Corsa are also used in these national tournaments.

That intro hit me in the feels in all the right ways!!!! I grew up with gran turismos 2, 3, and 4 and the first game I was ever able to afford new was GT5 which I preordered. Man I haven't been this excited for a game in years!

Badass 👊🏽 Here is the thing what I also noticed if you go back to the first trailer when they showed the race series in the USA and they picked Trial Mountain you could actually see in the bottom right corner the Daytona Oval which also basically confirms that 99% we are gonna have NASCAR cars also again and also the 24h Daytona Track Version with The Inner Track 👊🏽 If you haven’t seen it go back to the first trailer

Words cannot express what I felt seeing the Castrol supra being brought out of its trailer
GT4 intro reference and a lot of legendary cars that once we're in the saga came back along with the GT mode menu, GT Auto, tuning shop and the second hand dealership... I think Kazunori is finally understanding what we all love from this game, and man I'm not disappointed at all.

@@Cowwithsmoothie_shellracing while not 100% accurate GT games historically have models that require similar corrections and driving style to IRL. Also getting really good in high speed cars heightens your reaction times and gives you an idea of how to react.
I live in Canada and racing games helped me a lot for winter driving. I was able to correct properly twice when my car went sideways in a snowstorm. Would have had an accident for sure. Even though I never drifted or did a power slide once in my life, I knew how to react.

@@Dakota__69 No. I've got every main GT title. Bought My PS2, 3 and 4 *for* GT. In fact my PS4 is the GT branded one. Despite living in the UK I even went to the 2018 GT Sport Americas Final live event in Las Vegas (unfortunately only as a spectator though 🤣). Being excited about it is one thing but all this sycophantic gushing over a game no-one has played yet is just utterly pathetic and very, very weird.

I was crying now beacuse gt 4 was my childhood and looking at this masterpiece i remember times when i was playing gt 4 with my dad on ps 2. Beautiful times, beautiful game.
