Hi Aarthi. I’ve been your following your vlogs for years and I’ve come to love your casual blogging style and your dedication to your career and family. I have been suffering from a health crisis lately and in going through it I’ve learned how terribly I was treating my body before. I hope you and others who read this comment seriously consider my advice here (1) cut out refined sugar entirely. I will recommend doing a no sugar challenge with your family so you can yourself see what a poison refined sugar is. (2) also cut out maida. Maida is terrible for the gut and highly inflammatory (3) increase diversity of foods you consume. You are already doing this with fruit and I love to see it. Expand this to veggies, grains, nuts, seeds etc. instead of always eating wheat chapati make chapati from different grains and add it to your weekly rotation (4) eat dinner early and don’t snack after. I finish dinner by 7:00 pm everyday and only eat breakfast next. I’ve lost 30 pounds thanks to this manner of eating. I hope you can take this comment in the right spirit because I don’t want anyone to suffer what I have suffered. Wish you the best!
