The main problem with custom built apartments, is that if the next buyer doesn't like the design, they're gonna want to redo it, and will want to negotiate a lower selling price.
I have that impression (the decoration sucks) for the majority of the megamansions I see in these channels. I would be a terrible billionaire wanting to haggle the price of a 40MM building by millions of dollars.
or maybe at that price level I wouldn't even care and would consider it a 50MM dollar mansion that needed 10MM in renos

I'm tired of high energy Serhant. It comes off as too childish and superficial. If Serhant is going to continue selling more high class properties like this one, it's going to take so much more disciplined observation to properly appreciate what's going on. It doesn't make sense to persist with such a frivolous demeanor. Maybe he can revert if he's showing an ogre monster mansion again. He does maintain, however, some degree of playfulness to preserve a connection with a youthful audience.
I have too much to say about this so will not say much. Your presence is different on this. Calm. centered. Your reverence for the quality and taste of the finishes is so clearly evident (also, the knowledge needed to be a luxury agent ). I am not sure that the blue of the tv cabinet was to tie in with the blue of the stove ;) The socks do rock. Cheers Mr S.

This is actually the most beautiful apartment you have ever walked through on youtube. I love the design, I love the building itself and the view into the park and then this gorgeous view up into the skyline. Can’t imagine this view by night. Omg I just want this😍😂 ah and the owner has incredible taste in design furniture, only a Rahms 620 or a Norman Foster 520 is missing👏🏽🤩 (dont get confused by the names btw ^^)
