Graphic card after mining / msi rtx 3060 ti ventus 2x / How to lower graphics card temperature

Good afternoon, today I will tell you about how I purchased a 3060 ti video card after mining. As it turned out, the card is in decent condition and after the service showed itself very well.

70 C temp is already good if you run with MSI Kombustor > stress scenario: GL FurMark-Donut-6500MB on standard 1080p resolution.
I have to put temp/power limit of 80C / 93% TDP on MSI Afterburner.... or else it would cause driver crash/failure event during gaming.
