@@zirzarzoon mine is doing this as well and then I lose power and the car dies, still a voltage regulator or just an alternator in general? because the battery I just put it in a day ago.

@@Gu3ssWhoki113dU1 it's been a couple of years and I don't recall mine shutting off. If you do a Google search for the e90 hidden menus you can monitor your voltage. If it's under 14, replace the alternator, over 14 replace the voltage regulator

think i have the same issue on my 03 745li. No wipers, no sunroof, no speedometer, dash warnings come on and go off but car still drives fine. Goes into trans failsafe but after restart , transmissions functions correct. also voltage ready 15.5 when revving

Did the car just turn off while you were driving? Because same thing happened to me while i was driving to the highway, got my battery recharged because it was dead and thought it was the problem but it keeps draining fast.

So it’s either voltage regulator or alternator not a transfer case😅

Replace the voltage regulator on the back of the alternator. It is behind the plastic cover piece on the back. $50

If you have no lights or response to key, the CAS module is fried. If it still does this the JBE module is fried.
