Well, thank you for all those valuable info., doctor I had 10 shots of Methylcobalamin, they made me very energetic each time after long time of suffering from b12 deficiency, but what have happened after that , once I took my dose of thiamine together with all minerals, and I felt that day very bad, I didn’t know that there’s an interaction!!, any way what ever b12 shots I took after that day didn’t work until now, and no doctor in my country can tell what’s wrong with me, please let me know if you got any clues.
Hi I got my dna test done and this came back: Increasedriskfor hyperhomocysteinemia and altered choline metabolism If I was one of your patients would you start me off on a vitamin B supplement?
Thanks for the video . I do have low homocysteine 4.37 mol . I'm a sports girl very active I eat healthy but I do intermittent fasting. I drink protein shakes and eat fish and turkey .
So I just asked my dr. to test my homocysteine and it’s low 4.4. I definitively eat enough proteins. I wonder since I’ve been supplementing folate recently if that could have impact on it. My B12 are at optimal levels.
I couldn't quite understand the second supplement u recommended for low homocysteine levels? I heard NAC and moleptinen or something like that? Thanks!
Hello-Can you recommend a Dr in the USA(Maryland, Washington DC area)? I am a healthy person; who exercise regularly & have no other health problem (possible I have homocysteine conversion problem).
