This is a tutorial intended for those who want to easily and inexpensively mount a strain gage. Created by Nathan Knutson for the University of Minnesota Department of Mechanical Engineering.
Nice vid but i have some advice. For just a vew hundred dollars you can get a basic training on how to instrument your object correctly. Some other youtube video's are a bit more professional because they use the right equipment and techniques. If you want precise measurement results use the special sanding paper, glue, tape, acid and neutralizer and cover materials. Personally I recommend the youtube vid of the guy who instruments a axel.
