1:48:37 WHAT! Does this judge not know that untouchability separates OBCs from SCs? Or does he believe that untouchability has been entirely eradicated from our country? A so-called creamy layer scheduled caste would still be discriminated based on his/her caste. There are countless examples of top politicians, bureaucrats, professors, etc. from scheduled castes who are discriminated based on caste. I find it hard to believe that a Supreme Court judge can harbour such views. Extremely disappointing.

SC-ST act is already in place to address untouchability. No one will dare to insult IAS/IPS officer be it any caste. That's the power they have.
