How do we know something is a sign from God or natural phenomena

Question How do we know when something that is happening is a sign from God or if it's simply a natural phenomena? That's a very interesting question, and it's a question that we see even throughout the Bible and we see today. Today we have the ability of knowing what happens throughout the world. So any time there is any kind of phenomena, you will normally see it reported in the news because we are near the end times, we actually expect things to happen.But when are these specific signs and when are they simply something natural, for example, solar eclipses, droughts or different conditions? Well, let me go back through the scripture and let's look at a couple of situations. One example I can go through is through Moses. Let's go through the Book of Exodus Chapter four. It says that God gave Moses certain signs to prove to the people of Israel that he was talking to them.He told them to hide his hand, and when he brought it out, he had leprosy. When he put it back in it and then took it out, it no longer had leprosy.
