Everything Bozy said in this interview is trillion % correct. He trained me and my cousin for years. Bozy used to spar 5-10 rounds with 7 or 9 different fighters he was training in the old Dungeon on Seymour st in G-Town. I was one of the people that use to spar him. A lot of young fighters couldn’t beat Bozy. One thing about Bozy he’s always in shape always.

Was that the gym around the corner from the Happy Hollow, I remember training there back in the 1990's when there was no work or room at the Happy Hollow.

I sparred with bozy once... he’s in treacherous condition for his age and knows a lot. Sparred with jaron back in 2012 before he was pro... he was a beast even back then...I was 18 he was 16... I had about 4 years of experience compared to his maybe 10 lol. I was a decent fighter fast and nice defense but the ring just didn’t feel the same with him in it. He was too fast and knew what I was going to throw before I even knew. Kinda reminded me of the early DRAGON BALL Z episodes when the villains would gauge Gokus power level and they couldn’t believe it. That’s how it felt sparring Jaron Eniss... BACK THEN! His older brother Pooh use to spar with a lot of folks from other gyms. Looked like a super Sayain the way he used to throw those flurries and dodge the 3 punch counter attack just in the nick of time and go right back to another flurry! Man that family is gifted. Farrah was an average boxer. Imo. Still no slouch.

What up homie that’s crazy cause I sparred with boots too. I feel u bro. Were u sparring at badlands? Also man sparring with jaron is a blessing. U stick with the beat downs it will make u so much better. My defense became so much more slick working with him and bozy

    • @richiedeleon566

I sparred with Farrah as well being that I was 175 at the time.. such good work man Farrah is strong but jaron is and was always the juggernaut

crazy cause I spared B-Hop when I was 15 he was about 27 & it felt the exact same way! I thought I knew it all though I could hit & not get hit as I pleased I blew right past average sparring partners but B-Hop made me feel like I was 3ft tall & didnt know anything! he knew everything I was going to throw before I threw it & his counters was insane! he hit me with 1 real good body shot that I felt for about 3 weeks

Bozy, indeed as in this interview stated himself,1 absolute question always must remain in the fight game! Either is or trainer, isn't,a masterful prizefighting "TEACHER". Not your ordinary boxing trainer of today, however much much more than got the tenacious time 2 exclaim...tho shall I make final mention upon... BoiBozy, worth his weight in Gold nuggets? Yessir... .

@Timothy Grant. I'm a combat sport enthusiast and martial artist. Im just learning about the sweet science myself but Im curious to know your take on the comment you left: How exactly is mma training like old school boxing training? If you have the time please share. I wanna learn from anyone who has knowledge and although Im over 40 Im wise enough to know that Im just a baby when it comes to this fight game. If you don't have the time - I understand and no worries. Thanks.
