I’m not sure if it would be similar in Ohio, but here in CA some of the public libraries have an area for children to play and read books :) That’s were I have been taking my son to avoid the heat outside and to leave the house. I also take him to the nearest children’s museum and to a mall in the next town over because it has a free playground for children :) Hope some of these ideas help :)
