I also have a 2007 Nomad. It will turn 90,000 miles soon.
Beyond gas, oil, tires, I did put in the Mean Streak clutch spring for a little extra grab.
Still starts, runs, and drives like a dream.
It does prefer premium gas as it will rattle like a paint can if you try to run regular.

I have a 07 vulcan classic just like this one except no hard bags. windshield, engine guards and vance/hines pipes. bought it new in 07. garage kept all time. Same paint scheme.

I have the same bike. Same color! Hard bags and stock pipes. Took off the windshield, I prefer the wind in my face. Love it
