I also have a 2007 Nomad. It will turn 90,000 miles soon. Beyond gas, oil, tires, I did put in the Mean Streak clutch spring for a little extra grab. Still starts, runs, and drives like a dream. It does prefer premium gas as it will rattle like a paint can if you try to run regular.
In 2024, I bought a 2005 2 owner, 1600cc Vulcan Nomad bagger. Two tone black and grey. Mustang seat with Vance and Hines pipes. Really nice shape for the age. I love it, but then again, I love(d) all my bikes. I have the same bike. Same color! Hard bags and stock pipes. Took off the windshield, I prefer the wind in my face. Love it
