Miss Vickie's salt and vinegar chips are kettle chips that are way more salt and vinegar than either lays or kettle ever are.

I was watching this in my kitchen, looked over at my counter, and there sat an unopened can of blue diamond salt and vinegar almonds I have no recollection of buying. Thank you Rhett and Link for summoning these delicious nuts to my location
Do a will it salt and vinegar video!!! Marinate stuff overnight in salt and vinegar (or sea salt if you're watching sodium intake) and cook it for the show!
Also, I don't know whether or not you guys do it, but much on a small block of cheese in between samples to clean your palette and bring out more of the original flavors.
Some of the less disgusting stuff I suggest are your own pork rinds, tofu, chili peppers, your own potato chips and French fries.
Its funny because Kettle chips literally have authentic and real salt and vinegar poured on them, you can't get any more real.
