Last 3 winters had terrible connection problems with the LP20RF & DT20RF the engineers have fitted new ones of each , re-set the boiler , changed the frequency, switched off and on again , changed batteries no end of times . After 8 years of no issues the last 3 years has been awful . The heating firm has now told me they will either fit a comfort2RF or will install a wired system. I think I'm a victim of technology development... Still at least I have a spare DT20RF & LP20RF in my tool box to look at .
Surely, the unit in the hallway is the transmitter, not the receiver? It senses temperature and transmits information to the boiler to switch on or off.
hi could you help ? ,ive got the thermostat in my hallway and everything is ok but i want to remove the thermostat because ive got thermostatic valves on all my radiators.how do i do this ? ive turned the boiler off and followed the instructions,(where it says learn + ive tried learn -) but this makes no difference. it still keeps searching for the thermostat in the hallway. i removed the batteries from the thermostat.my boiler is a 30si mark iv
Is this the same principle if I were to buy a new thermostat? As mine seems to have broken. Will the boiler pick up the signal of the new one just like you've shown?
You’re a lifesaver. Clear easy instructions. Thanks
hi, thanks for this. The display is really difficult to see on the stat - does it have a replaceable bulb?
Thanks its very helpful video.

Any suggestions for if the display is not coming up?
What do I need to do if I want to change thermostat?? Can I link the new one??
Thanks in advance

when setting desired temp. with this stat, do you have to press set each time?
Thanks a lot really helped
I cannot set my boiler to timed on CH, it just goes to on and off only, I can set the HW to timed only? Help!!!!!!
Done this but by Worcester RF562 keeps showing a high temperature such as 37.5 and heating won’t turn on
Is that an electrical cable you left chopped off and bear to the right of the programmer? I hope you've not left it live for the customer...
