@@v1ct0r1a6 wouldn't really know since I suppress it. But sometimes it's a little desire that I just daydream about and then snap out of... then that usually manifests for me. Too bad I can't control it. Giving up at this point.

You MUST let the subconscious mind do its work! It was designed to work for us and NOT against us! Our society often tricks us to get our own minds to work against us. Now it is time for us to get control of ourselves and life! Thank you for this video. A phenomenal video! I loved it!
It gave me more insight into the subconscious mind.

@SirBaum For many reasons. Our subconscious mind is very sensitive to what we expose ourselves to daily. Also, the types of foods we eat before bedtime matters. Try avoid eating 4 hours before bedtime and see how that works. Drink only water. Our stomach is connected to our brain too.

My subconscious mind has protected me, shielded me, helped me, always. It is 10 steps ahead of my conscious mind, its already figuring things out before im able to consciously realise. How amazing is that? It just jumps into action in whichever way serves best at that time. We can then become aware of the patterns, and communicate to our subconscious that these no longer serve us, and it starts working on it right away.
I love brains, psychology, human behaviour, all of it, and thinking about our subconscious makes me genuinely emotional. 🥺 Subconscious mind is a sweetheart. Its such a beautiful thing.

It’s priceless!! A lack a knowledge is a tragedy. I’m thankful to the Holy Spirit for guiding me to this very priceless knowledge.
I’m in the midst of a complete overhaul of my life because I chose to change my mindset! From mediocrity to having an amazing successful life as an owner of multimillion $$ health care business and a medical doctor by trade. I’m shocked at how different my life is now! This all changed when I turned 45 y’all!! We all are capable of so much more than we think. Step out of your comfort zone, while putting your trust in something bigger and higher than yourself and see wonders! You’ll live a life of happiness and abundance.
Have a great mental attitude, don’t gain off of another’s misery, strive to do what’s right and be a good person- then watch a turnaround in your life as you knew it!! Don’t be a follower- be a student and a leader. When someone tells you something, ask ‘how do they know?’ Don’t take it by face value- verify it, do your research. We’re very fortunate to have all of the resources than ever before. When people quote scriptures and preach the word of God, I verify it by looking in my Bible. In med school I always did my own research after class.
      Folks we’re capable of anything!!

@@MrKriswelshlifecoach My channel has almost 200 subs and 84 hours of watch time although my next video completion progress has been pretty slow due to switching to another editing software and change of gears but no matter how slow it is to make videos, I do enjoy it. I know that my channel is way more low quality and not even close to other TH-camrs' success out there but really, I realized that the main reason for doing this is not about the success but the inspiration I've been providing some people with my stories and experiences. Whoever you are, I don't know you personally but I can say based on what you said, I can say that you're one of the non-judgmental and open-minded people who is not fixated on tangible or external factors in order to learn from someone like me. Just because someone doesn't have a piece of paper as a credential, doesn't mean that person is not entitled to share personal experiences with the hope & intention to inspire others. Keep up with whatever it is that you're doing to improve mankind or improving your life even to a slight degree each day. This is just one part of a bigger puzzle for creating my TH-cam channel about holistic health. I literally could have died back when I was 14 years old due to major depression but here I am right now replying to you, a TH-camr, who's full of fulfillment and dedication to help others to be a better version of themselves. I ain't better than anyone else but my old self. That's all that really makes this TH-cam thing more meaningful and enjoyable. Thanks so much for your support!

Isn't it crazy...all this time we were sabotaging ourselves with negative thoughts, which in turn caused us to do those exact negative things but then it's realized that we can do this with the positive also!! I'm slowly getting it and actually have had positive results!! Not a lotto winner yet, but I'm working on it! And it also made me realize that my thought process, very passive sometimes, has helped me through some very difficult times because I knew I had to improve and it wasn't an option, whatever the situation

The most interesting thing about this is the implication, that as adults we've experienced enough in life that if we could access the positive things we could literally program ourselves to be who we want to be. This is absolutely incredible! And is helping me be excited about life. Thank you thank you thank you🙏🙏💯💯

You just described mindfulness (or mindful meditation). The idea is to be totally and completely in the moment aware of every breath and every movement. When you’re in the moment like that the conscious mind is now taking over the subconscious loops, and this can really help to break certain habits, create new habits and even help with anxiety etc.

Your awake but relaxed to the point where even time seems to slow... your vision seems to zone out or rather zoom out.. But you are more aware of everything at the same time....
You instincvely know what to do and do it effortlessly with no stress whatsoever.... (even amused and in a peacful state in that moment)
Being in the zone i see now is a complete handshake or state of mind where both conscious and sub are both on and running at that moment giving 100% optimization of your mental capacity..... This vid completely clarified everything.... THANK YOU.....

The subconscious mind is the free flowing electricity taking the neural pathways of least resistance. As we use our consciousness and make decisions, the oscillation of electricity causes certain (eg. good or bad) pathways easier to travel and re-enforces our consciousness. Through repetition we can even make these pathways even easier to travel. - Hillbilly Theorist

This is my GIFT to you and anyone reading this.. These suggestions have made me the person I am today. So take one or two or all of them and transform yourself to a super being. Thank me later. I personally did and do everything listed below and I got massive results.
    1. Write out a statement of your Short Term Goal AND your Chief Aim/Main Goal... on a "goal card" or paper.
    2. Write it out 50 times a day for 30 days preferably around the same time each day. After the 30 days, you go back and write it out ONCE a day. This is your compass in life.
    3. Set your phone alarm to go off every 3 hours (to disrupt your daily routine) and when it goes off write down your statement and then close your eyes and see yourself with your goal for 2 mins.
    4. Record your statement in your voice on a voice recorder on your phone, and play it back to yourself on loop while you sleep and as often as you can daily, example... in the shower or when you are using the rest room.
    5. Find an accountability partner. If you cannot find someone, then you MUST write out your statement DAILY. By doing this you make yourself accountable to YOURSELF.
    6. Find a community or FB group/group chat, etc and from that community form a Mastermind with one or two people who have studied from REAL Mentors and are giving VALUE. There is a "Law of Giving" and many people are using it. Andrew Carnegie told Napoleon Hill this back in the early 1900s. Its a LAW and it works. Its what I am doing with this post.
    7. Auto-Suggest (Think and Grow Rich Chapter 4) to yourself in front of the mirror in the bathroom at least twice a day. Look directly INTO your eyes OR one eye and recite your WRITTEN statement. Then splash cold water on your face. This sudden shock seals the thought into the subconscious due to emotional and physical shock from the cold water.
    8. Write out ten "I AM" statements a day. example. I AM happy, I AM more confident. Use the word MORE; implying you already have it, but want more. You trick the brain.
    9. Write out 5 things you HAVE that you are grateful for and 5 things that you are grateful for that are coming to you. Mix up the list one after the other.
    10. When in public tell people you see that you love them in your mind. Simply say "I LOVE YOU" to them as you pass them, especially when driving, because their subconscious hears and FEELS the intention. Say it to about 10 to 15 people daily. This increases your Good Karma.
It might seem like a lot. But it took me less than two weeks to incorporate the list into my life and 32 days later I started getting massive results.
What have you got to lose, try some or ALL and see your results. Let me know know too.
Have a great day... and thanks for reading.

Nice video. My understanding is that it's the underlying negative pattern stored in the subconscious and often unconscious (through repression) that is the source of the results that are showing up in life. Positive affirmations like "I am smart" or "I am healthy" act as negation because by saying "I am" - you're automatically implying and thus reinforcing that "you're not" smart or healthy. Conscious override in the moment can work to a certain degree, however the root of more serious, repeating issues often lie deeper than the subconscious. Through professional help from a therapist or other modalities, these programs can be accessed, brought to conscious awareness and collapsed once and for all, thus dissolving their power.

    • @SEEKwithJavonLHarris
      @SEEKwithJavonLHarris 3 ปีที่แล้ว

@@Sanjana_B7 To tell you "exactly" how to manifest your dream job using your subconscious mind would require a detailed explanation that isn't fitting here. Fundamentally, however, you must begin to live with the consciousness that you've ALREADY secured your dream job.
As you maintain awareness of your desire fulfilled, your consciousness becomes saturated with the same. That is, you are filling your conscious mind with your desired reality (in your case, having your dream job), which, in turn, impresses itself on your subconscious mind. Once your subconscious accepts a thing as true, it must objectify it.
Many people struggle with this concept because they fail to maintain the requisite state of consciousness long enough to impress the subconscious. While they may positively affirm by using words that their desire is fulfilled, this isn't sufficient because words alone will not manifest anything. Manifestation can only occur when one's consciousness becomes saturated with the wish fulfilled, which can only be accomplished by sustained mental effort.

I love the metaphor regarding skydiving (and I see it’s more than a metaphor). Taking a wholesome deliberate challenging leap of any kind that requires a risk for a wholesome increase in self awareness may likely move us to a more full sense of our self and our potential. This growth seems to shine a light on the self as a complex being that is in partial shade but emerging with intention through overcoming limitations of the false beliefs once spewn into the subconscious. But being now replaced.

It seems to me that we can thrive when we release trauma and meditate on ease of release of trauma, and life-affirming qualities for all people who desire to feel freedom and harmonious energy that benefits us, as individuals, and as a collective of living beings on this planet.

Past trauma can be rewritten yes we don’t need counsellors or physchatric we just need to sit down close our eyes and talk to ourself ask what is bothering what is the fear that is troubling you, assure ourselves it is ok,we were young now we’re older wiser smarter, mindful we won’t fall again, then we able to the thing that we had fear, and fear will disappear mayb like drowning or accident, crying is good for our heart, crying alone too is good, men tend to shy off crying that’s why man has more heart problems comparing to woman

    "Deeper subconcious knows more".
I have been learning about myself by trying to analyze and compare the emotions or thoughts that content I may find myself intrested in triggers in me. I also compare any content I may find myself intrested in, in any moment, with content of opposite objetive nature (if that makes sense).
I became awake and alert to realitues about myself and people of my past which hurt bad but I learned that I had to process it all to rid of it scars that cause unhealthy feelings or habits alike. I am bot sure what a practicing pyschologist would say about what iv been doing for at least 17 years now, espcially since 2014......but its worked for me. Its worjed to heal grow mature and develope. Without understanding we can not have peace or healing to better ourselves for our families or the world.
Perhaps what I do msy not work for everyone but if it works for me im sure others out there could benifit the same. Just have to know you are not evil or stupid if you were made ill. Trauma can cause many screwy things ro happen in our minds subconcious realm wgich dictates our behavior from ore than we think.
Be careful, one must be ready to face inner ills head on to overcome and be free with good time and effort.

We must learn how to control our subconscious mind which is the powerful want and use it when we want it for good and great things that can make us successful,no info escape the subconscious mind,so feed it with good stuffs good affirmations especially sleep meditation 😅cleanse ourselfs, meditate make our mind 1,we got to tell our subconscious that we’re the boss not you though i know you’re powerful and strong and smart at times you can be foolish too at times, but i am the boss, but sometimes instead of controlling our mind, like doing a big thing like world cup or olympics like the video mention on tennis we just got to let the subconscious mind takeover as it has vast space of 95% let the conscious mind relax delegate it to the subconscious, like a pilot uses his subconscious when flying a plane,we going home from work we use subconscious, clowns at circus doing stunts they too uses the subconscious to ride on the thin rope,if they uses the conscious mind, they will be so nervous and stiff they might even fall off,

The most important thing is to have your own experiences and not believe something just because someone said it ! My question that took 5 years to figure out is , what is the other end of the so called sub- conscience mind connected to ? How (and why) does it bring images and thoughts into my head that my conscience mind has never imagined.?
