On this truly unique episode catch us at Savage Sicko in Astoria, Queens. Apart from being a vegan restaurant, one of their main initiatives is to help save the magnificent sharks of the ocean. Walking through the restaurant made it very clearly to me that this cause is very dear to their hearts.
Chef Steve prepared a few dishes for us ! Tinga jackfruit, empanadas, chicken sandwich, and paella.
