NO, YOU DON'T! THEY ARE NOT PETS FOR YOUR AMUSEMENT. THEY HAVE LIVES TO LEAD IN THE RAINFOREST AND SHOULD NOT BE KIDNAPPED FROM THEIR MOM TO PROVIDE YOU WITH SOME NARCISSISTIC PLEASURE. FIND ANOTHER TOY!
@@staticgonzalez4422 Yes it is. Does the phrase critically endangered mean anything to you? If not, you have no business even thinking about these little guys.
I'm not. This is a valid question. Why are they being hand raised when a mother is essential. This was not explained and a very important question you should be asking too.
@@lass-inangeles7564 in most cases of hand raised cubs, the mums probably refused to breastfeed the cubs (usually first time mums), and in certain cases the mums abandoned their cubs.. so there is always a reason when a cub is hand raised
@@raizelm1578 you do realize they can literally "media-market" the cute babies while they're still with their mother, right? your logic makes no sense, cute baby animals are still cute if they're with their mother, and people like you actually make what you're describing much less lucrative. they have literally no reason to do that, because it'd rightfully piss people off.

they should have the mother raise them, cause when they get older they will breed the next generation that might be able to be released into the wild in the protected areas.
So amusing to me how people can be so adamant about having you certain breeds of a species to be strictly raised in the wild, alot of the time even going as far as calling it abuse to be raised in captivity. But then don't bat an eye when they see other breeds of the species being raised in captivity as pets. They'll complain about a zoo but then visit a pet shop. So it's okay okay to raise certain breeds of cats, canine, fish, birds, turtles, Reptiles etc as pets in captivity ( who were all once "wild animals"). But it's considered cruelty to do the same exact thing with other breeds of cats, canine, fish, birds, turtles, Reptiles etc. There's so much hypocrisy being used in that argument.
Why isn't the mother raising her cubs? I'm sure her heart is breaking for them. It's natural for her to nurture her own babies and revel in what she created. The arrogance of some segments of the human species is abhorrent. Always interfering. And I don't want to hear about rescue efforts, when it was your interference that brought everything to this disturbed place, forcing the need for rescue, to begin with. Ugh. You get to raise the cute babies and enjoy that. Well...what about their mother?!
Zoos, involved with the clouded leopard breeding program, have found that if they raise the cubs, away from the mother, that the cubs have a better chance of survival. These cubs are doted on - they go home each night with a keeper who does not have pets at home and are given round the clock care. Mr. Goldfarb and the other zoo keepers there have been raising clouds for years at the zoo and have done so outstandingly. And even in the wild or in captivity, some cubs are abandoned by their mothers. Jaya, the late mother Sumatran tiger, had several litters of cubs. She was a great mom but even she rejected a cub at birth - her son, Dumai. PDZ is part of the dedicated efforts to enlarge and save the clouded leopard and Sumatran tiger populations in the world, not to destroy them. I understand your anguish completely but please understand that these people are trying to save these species.
I hope you show that same level of moral outrage when kittens, puppies, Birds, and other animals are taken away from their mothers to be raised by humans. If not then you're a hypocrite.

Where is mama? Why are they being hand-raised?
Pausen Think because they're in captivity and need to bond with humans. The mother might have abandoned them as well.
Pausen Think mama going market to buy milk xD
Pausen Think it's anout money'. The zoo steals babies from their parents so they can media_-market the cute banies. Disgusting and cruel.
Raun Mackin the mom is somewhere heartbroken while this idiot pretends to be a hero to something he broke.
