These dudes definitely on the same path. You ought to check out Oh no, It's Birds! Stabbing in shallow water. they're a little more raw.. if you like that too check out the hills have eyes spring demo 2006 ft. thomas erak- ol tommy does the vocals for it
TFOT + Red Museum were closely intertwined. Thomas Erak (and I'm pretty sure Tim + Andrew) were all friends with the Red Museum cats. Wish they had more music, though. As the other commenter noted, definitely peep Hills Have Eyes demo-absolutely bonkers.
this takes me back, i discovered them years before tfot and even when i discovered the former i didn't even draw the connection, i didn't care. Exhibition C and Squentin frownalot were extremely formative songs. and also, does anyone actually have any idea of what happened to red museum? like i am well aware ilia is out there and it's common of math rock bands of that time period to just fizzle out without a big announcement but what i mean is how tf did david arquette join the band and also why their last album was one of the most scuffed and botched things a band like them could release, it never even came out "officially"
Takes me back. Ilia Yordanov is ART
This is the closest to tfot I've heard and it's greatly appreciated there is a difference between the two but both are badass
