This is their first semi-public trial, so it's not much for now. It is still a solid test for me.

This is so cool, damn, I can't wait for SAS 5, the saga of my childhood made me remember this game from Dead Space
I'd give this a solid 7/10 so far from my own testing! The beta was barebones and left a LOT to be expected but very good so far, super hopeful for the future of SAS!

Not a fan of the character appearance. Makes them look like rebels or freedom fighters than actual well equiped SAS soldiers

Well for a reason they removed the "SAS" from the title, Not a fan of it either tho, I say they should make ZA 5 an SAS game too.

I am happy I got chosen to beta test this! I been playing this series since I Closed Beta tested SAS 3, and I am excited they are finally continuing it! The 3D Style is very weird but it's not that bad, I'm just too used to the old way of playing.😅

I AM IN!!! used to love the SAS series!
As part of a member of the SAS Community we need to at least try to guide the developers on this game so it doesn't flop because I've been dying for the 5th iteration of the series give ideas details all that kind of stuff maybe some mechanics from the old games for example instead of having a radical on the screen you can go back to the old laser or maybe increasing the HUD scale all that kind stuff
I just hope you can customize your own character instead of default. Pisses me off when I wanted to be a medic thatt looked like a pizza maker at downtown.

and it looks like a kind of game that would have a tree upgrade system/root upgrade system where you can only pick a perk between 2 and the other option will not be available once you pick the other(Free 1 reset still tho)
and with the new shotgun reload system shockfield is also designed to be reloaded one bellet at a time a new gun should be meta in no time in this game
People just be complaining in the comments like the game isn't in a test state we still have for more to go they can still change the game better way

Give them actual gear and masks, not SAS ones. Probably, ones like actual mercenaries wear like ski masks and kevlar vests, not glasses, and purple vests

It looks great, I thought the community was dead but it seems not. I think the only thing I didn't like were the characters, I would have liked them to have the style of the SAS soldiers.

Fucking know that this game would be ass. No missions, no bosses. There is a lot to be to be seen yet, but it looks very bad even for alpha, 100 of games are doing this but better. They took one game mode form sas 4 and made it a game, not to mention sas 4 had independent player champion ships, as a flash game, so fucking happy i waited 10 YEAR FOR THIS.
At the moment, in testing the game does not look at all convincing. I'll take SAS3 as an example. There was a tense atmosphere there. And then the game is about our time. For example, SAS4. Here, of course, the atmosphere was spoiled a little by making the setting of the future. But sometimes there is such an atmosphere as in SAS3. But SAS5 or ZA:R looks soft now. I hope the developers don't forget what made their games great :)

To much color, i liked the darker feel of the older games this on just looks like modern cod games. I get that things have to improve but this isn't sas.

Tbch i dont see myself playing this game, one of the key aspects that got me into SAS was the 2d style of the game and how well drawn it was, and im not really liking the 3D in the New game wich is kinda sad for me, however the devs can do whatever they want with the game and im not opposing that but I wish the style was rather 2D than 3D
they should've kept the 2d artstyle and make a campaign experience like in ZA4
actually 2.5d is not that bad, they just need to fix the boring gameplay loop
