Having an issue with our fire dept M300 as well. 2 of our batteries wont even light up. Wont start a charge in the case, etc. They appear to be dead. These two batteries have only been through one charging cycle ever! Cant seem to figure the issue out. Firmware up to date on the case and M300 (cant check the battery cause they wont turn on)
Sir, I have bought a new drone, when I put the battery in it, the red light comes on and there is a beeping sound, but it does not charge. Please give me some information.
I'm operating a M300 as a first responder and having difficulty with comm errors of the batteries. More recently HMS says current is low in certain charging ports. Have you found a solution to your TB-60 issue?
@@codylee4432 DJI advises no firmware updates are available as yet. A process that did work for me was fly the craft and discharge the bats below 10% (go into the single digits with the % charge left) then when reinserting in the charger all went well. I was able to charge successfully 2 sets of bats by doing this. Only 2 sets of my bats were giving errors.

Try uodating the firmware
I am facing the same problem.8 month baterries (3 items) doing the same thing.what can we do ?

I’m in the same boat. Mine keeps failing as well on different sets of batteries
