Really great restoration on a lovely IWC, your fix was just fine especially if you can't find a part, fixing watches is a joy i love it, just fixed a seiko nh 3 series hair spring that i mangled when i first started a few years ago, fitted a new one on another i made a little jig to push the stud so it wouldn't move with my riveting block and 2 metal pins works fine alot of adjustment though the spring was sticking up on one side so i had to remove it, it's working great today about +1 hope it stays there. Even though I can not wear a mechanical wrist watch, I truly enjoy your time and effort. Have a blessed day and be a blessing to all that you meet.
Simply gorgeous! I was rooting for blued hands, it was so good to see you persevere with them.
This one is a real stunner! It's a pleasure to watch you work and overcome obstacles, and your humor & calm attitude make the journey that much better. Really fine job, and a joy to watch as always.
That dial is beautiful!!!
Thank you for your words at the end of a lovely repair of a lovely watch.
Thank you 🙏
This is my idea of a lugubrious timepiece. Thank you for sharing your experiences
I' d bet that watch has never looked that good. I think some of your brilliance / magic is going into each piece you restore.
Absolutely amazing. I love seeing these old beasts being brought back to life.
I can never understand how such a nice piece can get so beat up over time. I never knew how they made the hands blue.
What a beautiful watch!!! Thank you for bring it back to life!!
Absolutely love your style mate. Fantastic hearing Trouble in the background
I have repaired everything almost - clocks and Ion beam implanters - but from the first vid I saw 3 years ago - I no longer need to fix a watch - it is many times more cathartic just observing you doing it for me .. 👀💚
Thank you for another of your excellent video's you are fun, ta mate.
Thanks Dave. Well done on the hairspring mate, not an easy task
Such a gorgeous watch, beautifully serviced and restored. Well done with the sponsorship, one of the few I've seen that didn't make me want to hit fast forward. Your videos are always a perfect blend of craftsmanship, humour and love (for both the watches and Trouble). Stay safe and I'll look forward to seeing you in your next vid.
Thank you 🙏
Wow, wow, wow. What a result on that little stunner!
My favourite video Mr Nekkid!!-i keep coming back to it when tired or feeling low!-the watch itself is the most elegant piece of machinery I've ever seen-what a beautiful design despite you calling it simple! -peace,love and prosperity to you, yours and the world
Thank you and the same to you and yours
I have just found your wonderful videos. As an avid watch guy and old toolmaker, I am fascinated and amazed by what you do, what you know and your humanity. Thanks you.
Thank you 🙏
