It's easier than it looks, that buils is incredibly synergic (runes of the sanctuary almost look like they are made for this build). I tried it almost as a meme, then realised that it's very strong and there is no reason to not play it since it's free boons, even if you have another alacrity source in the sub (of course it's not ideal, but still better than hk that only does hk), and now I play it every week in my static. It's not as easy as like slb hk, but as long as you don't go afk into the hands and use water fields + blast to heal yourself it's fairly simple. (I use thumper turret instead of toolkit, which gives a very nice protection uptime with experimental turrets, and I block mind crush with shield 5.)
@@fragoulis5 Inventions 1-1-2, alchemy 3-2-1, mech 2-2-2, equip is a mix of harrier's and giver's depending on the tank thoughness, runes of the sanctuary are very important, but I use the same weapons as heal mech (so transference and concentration sigils, but tranference is probably almost useless and can be replaced with something else, like sigil of water if you are the only healer of the sub)
this shouldnt invalidate previous raid records because the power creep over the last 18 months has been fucking insane. It's the record for this balance meta, but shouldnt supercede records during previous balance metas.
