DZ09 has a limit to store 100 contacts in memory on the phone when SIM card installed. When connected to your smartphone by Bluetooth it will only read the first 500 contacts. It can connect to one Bluetooth device at a time, but can be paired to multiple devices IE external speaker, headphones or smartphone. With SIM card installed, you will need to enter APN settings for your carrier to use browser. Alphanumeric keypad is awkward to enter text and browser is extremely limited due to screen size. Standby mode with SIM will get you through a day. Bluetooth connection is weak to your smartphone so recommend you place phone on same side of your body as watch. Your body can interfere with signal. With Bluetooth on expect 3 hrs battery life. Don't recommend using the bar code scan app to sketchy Chinese website. Use Sw-100 application on Google Play Store and Mediatek Smartwatch app. SD card necessary to store pictures from camera, voice recordings, songs for media player (if you want songs in the watch Vs smartphone) For under $20, nice device and prefer it over GT08. Better strap and camera as GT08 can only take selfie.

Can you also send messages and make phonecalls when there is no simcard in the watch? I mean when yoy pair the watch with the phone, can you make calls?
Does this work well with iPhone? I’ll answer that for you. No. Sim from iPhone in watch won’t work. There is no app for iPhone you can Bluetooth a call. You can’t transfer files threw Bluetooth
I'm not entirely sure if you can, but I did a bit of research and found a website that you can download the app from. But keep in mind that it could be unsafe or misleading so use at your own risk. my dz09 is not connecting and wouldn't browse with a sim in it. I hope its not a fake
Is it a 4g sim?
