1 January is just the legal commencement of the Commonwealth of Australia. Theres so much history before that and 26 January is more momentus because without that none of us would even be here.
Hope you're day was great despite that unbearable heat😳. I sort of agree about the date, I'm in two minds, but, it needs to be a summer time thing so one can have summer barbies😅🥩🇦🇺
Plenty of beef pork lamb and chicken as well as seafood and it fairly cheap compared to some other countries. The government put disease into the rabbits to try exterminate them. and a lot of the feral pest animals like camel, goat and pigs can carry disease and parasites.
@@DimasFajar-ns4vb i had rabbit stew 🍲 as a kid once and never forgot it, it was absolutely delicious 😋 I've heard eating wild rabbit in Australia can be dangerous as they can have poison in them or something along those lines but there is a fellow called Robbie fishing on TH-cam and he eats them all the time he's even had a few cooking streams with rabbit as for camel I have never eaten that and there definitely isn't any in my area lol I did have kangaroo once at an Australia Day bbq but found a bit rich and gamey
Happy Australia Day 🇦🇺
Nice bbq action; happy Australia Day!
