I'm now imagining a senerio were aliens assumed that humans are the only intelligent species on earth, but by the time they get there, creatures like Nekos, Lamias, Harpies, Driders, etc, have suddenly appeared and now they're panicking because they now have several mostly genetically different and intelligent species that they were not prepared to study efficiently. I'd love to hear an audio of that.
this needs a part 2 when the alien ends up deciding to visit and comes in time to save the listener from some bullies that were pulling on their ears and tail
Here is an idea for you if you do plan on making a part two. Perhaps during the examination the neko caught a sickness or disease that the alien race has grown immune over generations. Perhaps a method that the disease is expressed would be that nekos' minds being clouded causing them to regress to their animalistic side. Thinking a little like lycanthropy with the rage often being portrayed in movies. Maybe a chance to run amok that could end in a wild goose chase. Another addition could be that their more cat like appearance shifts thinking like a khajiit from Skyrim.
I like how the alien calls us smart. So many times, the speaker treats the listener like an idiot that can't comprehend anything, but the speaker here speaks to the listener as they should, an equal.
Why am I thinking of an asmr where the listener is a mouse and they are mentally scarred by previous owners and various other things is a good-ish asmr

A pulse rate of 43 0-0, that's low, possibly due to our cat DNA? But that may be inaccurate. (Note: The pulse rate in an adult is anywhere between 60-100bpm "beats per minute")
