South Africa will bring in the new Consumer Protection Act

In a few weeks time its going to be a lot more difficult and complicated to sell second hand goods in Africa's biggest economy.
On April the first, South Africa will bring in the new Consumer Protection Act that will give the buyer more power and the seller sleepless nights. Earlier this morning the government opened a workshop to discuss the ramifications of the new law.
No industry dreads the new legislation more than South Africa's second hand car industry. ABN's Senior Journalist Chris Bishop investigates.
