How's the build going? I just saw your video and couldn't imagine doing that myself, having never done anything on that level.. Did u treat any of the rust inside after cutting the cab corners. Rust converter is supposed to work really well.. it goes on milky white and turns black when it has chemically treated the rust.. Good luck on the restoration..
It is a huge undertaking. I just picked up the transmission for the build so I get to recondition the engine (LS) before I get to put those on the frame. I took the body to a local shop to do all the panel replacement (cowls, floor, etc) and they will paint it as well. I honestly think I’m holding them up right now, but it’s still a fun project. I will be putting out updates (and moving these videos) on my other channel (TheDriveTrain).
